Good Purchase
I did open the box and they are very substantial in weight and pretty. But they are a Christmas present for my Daughter & Son-in-Law who are wine drinkers. I'm sure they will love them.

wine stopper red holder in qvc video not included
the qvc video showed the 3 wine stopper lenox items and also showed it comes with one red holder for the 3 bottle stoppers to be placed into, but my holder was not in the box, so i am returning for a full refund as defective. no s&h return charges since it arrived missing the holder.
the 3 crystal wine bottle stoppers are magnificent, and the price is wonderful.
i did re-order again and this time hope my 2nd lenox bottle stopper set does arrive to me, with the included bottle stopper holder, since i probably will gift it at Christmas time holiday 2012.

Beautiful Bottle Stoppers
but I was disappointed in the packaging. Before I purchased these I watched the video and read the reviews, both of which made multiple mention of the unique packaging. Because of this, I ordered two sets, one for me, one to give as a gift.
My stoppers arrived in a common, cheap looking box that when opened, contained the stoppers jammed into cheap foam cut outs, not what I'd expect from Lenox. Why the change in packaging? Did they change the packaging because they knocked $4 off the price and call it a clearance sale? Shouldn't a clearance sale be the same, exact item at a lower price?
Geez, QVC, I would have paid the extra $4 lousy dollars to get the nice packaging for the set I intended to give as a gift. The cheesy packaging diminishes the beauty of the stoppers.

WOW! What an AWESOME deal and so pretty these are. MANY Thanks and KUDOS to Lenox and QVC for offering such a GREAT product at an affordable price. I purchased to keep one stopper and give the 2 others as gifts with a lovely bottle of wine, however I am having a hard time parting with them and trying to pick which one to keep because I LOVE them that much! I will have to order another set! Really IMPRESSED with this purchase the reviews are RIGHT ON! Keep up the AWESOME work!!! I am one happy customer and would HIGHLY recommend this set!!!
