Love love love
I have wanted this pot for a long time but was procrastinating due to the price. I tried other much less expensive pots like this and they stained, chipped and rusted. You know the old saying that you get what you pay for? well it's 100% true in this case. This is a gorgeous pot that will last a lifetime and cleans up beautifully. This is the perfect size for roasts, chili, stuffed peppers, sauce, stews and the list goes on. I love that it goes from stovetop to oven, and it's beautiful enough to bring to the table. I purchased it in blue and love it. QVC's price is in line with what it's selling for elsewhere. I purchased it from QVC because of Easypay and their 30 day unconditional guaranty. I have other pots from this collection so I know I won't be sending this back.

Excellent for many foods
Have this in 5.5 and 9.5 qt. Love, Love, Love. Cleans easily. Use them almost daily.

Great stew & chili pot!
You really must understand what 9.5 quarts of anything weighs! When you factor in the heft of this cast iron pot on top of it, your abs and triceps will get quite the workout! I must say this pot cleans up beautifully and the even heating is a huge plus. The lid fits so securely that you can easily stew or braise anything. In fact, there is very little you can't cook in this pot! I wanted it for a long time and finally treated myself. I am little and lifting this pot when it is full is quite an ordeal for me. I guess I just keep using it because it cooks everything so well and I cook a LOT! This is also a large pot and the length plus the handles make it extra long and you must be sure you have room to store it in your kitchen.
