Shine Is Gone
My nose gets shiny throughout the day and have used pressed powder for years. I was putting layer after layer on each day. When I use this product it takes the shine away without adding color or an extra layer. It feels light like nothing as been applied and has taken away my problem.

Does the job.
Had this had a better brush I would have given it 5 stars. But the brush for me is just sort of useless. I use it to set my eye concealer and it holds well.

oily no more
Oh what a relief it was to finally have an oil control on my face that last for 4 hours, then when my very oily skin starts to show alittle shine, I swipe the brush twice over this compact and wow, it's so real it too good to be true but it is! I'm 42 yrs old and I finally can see my face without shine. Plus it doesn't irritate my fair skin to cause pimples either.I've been using this for a week now, Love this brush too! perfect size for my makeup bag. I will definitely buy this for the rest of my life!

Just So-So
The powder's okay, nothing special but I am keeping it. The brush, however is useless -- too thin and flat to hold any powder and, worst of all, the bristles are falling out! It can't compare to the good brush that comes with Geller's Shimmer Down powder. My suggestion is to sell products separately so consumers can have the choice of what they want or need. We pay more for products that come with "accessories."

THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS !
I have been using Lauras Shimmer Down and it worked really well. When I needed to get a refill, I saw this and read the reviews. I am so glad I tried it. It was 95 degrees on Long Island today and this product over a slioght dusting of Balance & Brighten kept my face cool and dry all day. This will always be in my bag. Thank you Laura

I have tried everything....this product is by far the best to control shine. I have VERY oily skin...it keeps down shine as well as sets my make up. No white residue left on your face...just matte skin. Can't do without it...thanks so much Laura.

What a surprise
When I got it and saw it was white, I thought "great, I'll look like a geisha." But one day I was in a hurry and put on the tinted spackle, which leaves my face a little shiny. I went ahead and tried it and was amazed. It really is invisible. And what a great deal that it comes with a brush! No more shinies, and quick solution to avoid going anywhere with a "naked face." I'm too old for that now!

Finally a shine free day!
Baby soft powder, light and truly controls oil and shine invisibly. Wouldn't go out without it. Bring on summer, I am ready!

I love how it gets rid of that oily shine half way through my day. Just wish she would package it with the balance and brighten.

controls shine
I am 50 years old but still have very oily skin. Although I have to reapply this powder every couple of hours it does not built up. I often us it right after my moisturizer before I go to the GYM to avoid a shiney face. I would like to be able to purchase it without the brush because I keep collecting brushes.
