Description
What is it: This innovative pencil from Laura Geller combines two shades in one for precise yet natural brow-enhancing color. Two complementary shades are marbled to create subtle depth and dimension while filling in and defining brows. The firm and long-wearing formula shapes and grooms brows precisely, while helping to camouflage sparse areas for a natural appearance. The spoolie tip works to comb brows into place for a perfectly polished look.

Who is it for: Any skin tone or type, especially those with sparse or little brow hair in need of a natural-looking solution.

Why is it different: Featuring a pair of complementary pigments, the two-toned marbled eyebrow pencil provides precise, natural-looking color and depth for beautifully groomed and defined brows. Formulated with vitamin E and pro-vitamin B5, it provides mess-free definition with a no-smudge, no-flake, and no-transfer application. The wood pencil with spoolie brush allows you to comb and shape brows with precision. A sharpener is also included to keep your pencil on point.

How do I use it: Beginning at the fullest part of the brow, fill in using short strokes. Comb brows into place with the spoolie tip.

From Laura Geller.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Noat for me Ordered blonde, could hardly get any color to show and it is waxy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh I have medium blonde hair and light but substantial brows. I got "Blonde" and it was very hard to make it even show up. I rarely return makeup, but this was a waste of my money, postage, and time. If you are very pale blonde perhaps it will work for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from returned it product was just ok, very hard pencil tip, which made it hard to draw with or sharpen, color was off, it was not marbled (whatever that means) but rather just an average brown you could get at any drug store for 1/2 the price, returned it

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Such a good product I hesitate to want to write this review because heard Laura and read reviews of how great this product is, but that is not my experience. I like the dual colors and think it's clever if I could get it onto my eyebrows. I have to press so hard to get it on my skin, that it pulls my existing sparse brows, even removing a few because of pressing so hard, which is counterproductive of why I purchased it in the first place! Once I'm able to get coloration on the non-brow area, it does stay. I'll try a few more times and may find myself returning it, unfortunately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Brow Pencils The blonde was a perfect match. I've used this about 6 or 8 times, and I haven't had to sharpen it yet. I make small strokes while holding the pencil almost parallel to my face. I was using a brand that did not require sharpening, but I tried this brand because it was cheaper. I like this pencil a lot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Color for Grey Hair! This charcoal eyebrow pencil is by far the closest match for women with grey hair. In my younger days, I was a mousy-brown with red undertones, so a blonde or light brown pencil worked. But now that I'm almost completely silver-grey, any pencil other than this charcoal color is too red and looks fake. That said, my one complaint (and I would have given 3.5 stars if I had the option) is that I go through BOTH these pencils in about 1-2 months since I have sparse eyebrows - so the $30 price tag is a bit high for an eyebrow pencil set. I balance the cost, however, by blending in a black Maybelline eyebrow pencil (the red one sold at any CVS or Target for $5) on top of this charcoal pencil and then fade it with the spoolie. This buys me maybe another 2-3 weeks. Laura, I'm sure I'm not alone when I suggest that if you offer more frequent auto-delivery plans and/or drop the price for those of us who buy this set more than once every 6 months, you will have a lot more very happy customers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best eyebrow pencil This is the best eyebrow pencil for my sparse graying eyebrows. The charcoal color matches my salt and pepper hair. It is a very natural looking shade. Have tried many pencils over the years with no success. Finally an eyebrow pencil that works for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Color I had been using a regular writing pencil for my "eyebrow pencil" as that graphite shade worked the best for me. This pencil comes in charcoal with two colors blended together. It works for me so far, and I just hope it has staying power on my eyebrows. For me, taupe is not universal as it usually is to light or too reddish. My eyebrows are black, but most black eyebrow pencils are too stark. So a very light, soft black-gray shade is best...just like the graphite on a regular pencil. Laura, please continue to make the blended shades, and keep this charcoal one especially. Please make it so it won't come off until I want it off! I have eyebrows that now have a life of their own and some grow in like bristles. Some grow out straight as a stick, or are long and grow every which way but loose. By the time I pluck some out, or trim with sicissors, there is is not much left to work with. Thank you, Laura, and kindly make these waterproof!
