La-Z-Boy Grand Sueded Micro Denier Rocker Recliner w/ Memory Foam
The front of the seat foam fell after only a few day. Lazy Boy is not living up to its name. Very short to floor after only a few days it looks like an old chair.
I bought this chair a year ago. The memory foam is breaking down, I can feel the metal bar in the footrest. The fabric is showing wear and is a lint magnet. The footrest mechanism doesn't work properly. I am ready to junk it. Definitely a poor value.
Love the Chair!!!
This chair is W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L!!! I would rate it 10 stars if I could. It was delivered and I set it up in 10 minutes flat.... And have been enjoying it ever since. You cannot go wrong on this. Thank you QVC for E-Z payments, so I could get this chair. I can't say enough good things about it. YOU ROCK...and so does the chair! LOL
MY lazyboy :)
I love it! I just got the chair today and had it unpacked and setup in less than 15 minutes. I did have to read the instructions one quick moment because the video just shows her pushing the back into the seat and then being done. You need to look at the included easy instructions which will show you the locking lever to flip to lock the back into place.
I got the Golden Brown which really looked GOLD on tv, however i LOVE it! I would call this color Camel, and it's really a very nice neutral.
The memory foam seat needed about two hours to fully warm up, it was too firm at first but as soon as it warmed up it's heavenly!
Way too low to the ground!
The "special" QVC model does a disservice to Lazy Boy as well as QVC. Although the memory foam is soft; everything else is disappointing. The construction feels cheap; the weight limit of just 275 pounds seems to reinforce this perception. The Micro Denier material makes sliding in/out of this chair quite difficult --it holds you like flannel. The seat of the chair is way too close to the floor! They list 18" on the specs but that includes the foam. When one sits on the edge, as to stand up... it is just 14-15" high. Very hard on the knees! And the lever...even with 2 extra inches of length, is still way low and requires twisting one's back sideways to reach it, pull it vertical, then twist wrist around to push it down to horizontal again. You must be young and in good physical shape to operate this chair. The whole thing is unstable when in the full recline position (especially when it sits on carpet.) And is moderately unstable in the fully closed position when one is attempting to escape from the chair. This one is going back for sure.
LOVE this chair!
We bought two of these chair and love them. Very comfortable and attractive.
I bought this chair for my boyfriend as a Christmas preset. He is now getting used to it, he still misses his old one. The chair is good for the two us, we're both shorter than average. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone over 5'6"!!! Very comfortable, love the lumbar support!!
Bought this chair for my Husband for Christmas.... after he unwrapped it he couldn't wait to try it out.... he put it together in 5 minutes , ( realizing a bigger screwdriver is better to lock it in place ) HE JUST LOVES IT...... the Lazy Boy Denier Rocker Recliner is the best Chair A Wife could purchase for her Husband... I would give it more stars if I could .....

Lazy is right won't do it's job!
Bought this chair and from the very beginning I was disappointed. Very hard to kick the foot pad back. Then all the foam collapsed in the front of the chair. So half of the seat area is now hanging on the area where you knees are. My husband sits there a lot especially after he comes home from dialysis, it is so uncomfortable for him. It's embarrassing! So I say the chair is lazy.
I bought this chair back in June to replace my old recliner, which had served me well for about 10 years. I expected this recliner to do what my old recliner no longer could - allow me to relax in it for a long time without giving me back pain.
Unfortunately, it wasn't long after the chair arrived that I realized it was noisy, took too much effort to open and close the foot rest, and was a lot smaller than my old chair. I really feel like I was over charged for this chair - this is not the quality I expected from La-z-boy.
My disappointment stems from the fact that I am unable to sit for more than twenty minutes on this chair without feeling the hardware under the chair, which causes me a lot of discomfort. As a result, instead of running to the chair which I thought would be so comfortable, I choose most of the time not to use it.
Cheap and poorly made.
I ám short 5ft 2 inches and this chair fits me well, but my 5ft 10 tnch hubby feet hang over when up and he fines its short just to us straight up, Very nice looking, works fine for me.
I have owned 3 other la-z-boys and this is undoubtedly the worst one I have ever seen. This no $1017 lazy boy and I would almost guarantee it will never last half as long as our last one. This must be the cheapest chair lazy ever bought and as the other reviews said it is a lot smaller than it looked on TV. It looks like a childs chair compared to my other one. I haven't been able to find one anywhere else called "La-Z-Boy Grand Sueded Micro Denier RockerRecliner". It looks to me like you had La-Z-Boy make a produce a cheap chair and put your own "retail" price on it. Never been so disappointed with any furniture before. I'm done with QVC.
