La-Z-Boy Grand Sueded Micro Denier Rocker Recliner w/ Memory Foam
although we bought this chair a year and a half ago, its broken already. For a chair of this price we are very disappointed. the recline position is difficult and now just slips back. You can't sit up in it anymore. :(

best choice ever made.
after sitting in for a few days I can say I love my chair and will enjoy it for a long time 1st La-Z-Boy and may not be my last.
Love My Chair!
Just got this chair... I am 61 yr old female and was able to bring in myself by unpacking outside and even managed to get it up bi-level steps to upper floor... Where there is a will, there is a way! LOL. I put it together myself also and am so happy with this purchase. Material, quality and appearance seem outstanding. Thank you QVC, UPS and La-z-Boy! So happy!
Its Worth The Money
I have a funny story on this.. It was delivered hours before my friend could get to bring it in and when he brought it in he sat one it and asked for a cushion.. The seat was hard as a rock!.. I sat on it and I was afraid it wasn't any good.. As the night went on it got softer and I realized that it has a memory foam had hardened.. Yikes LOL
Anyway its worth the money.. It does make noise when you put it up or down.. I can sit in it whith my two Chihuahuas, so there is room.. I would have liked a bigger one but its worth the money I paid for it.. I wouln't have paid anymore.. I got stuck with the light color, so I have to get a cover.. Hope this helps.
We recently bought a house and decided to get two recliners for part of the family room. I looked around a bit and ultimately decided on this chair.
The good- I ordered on Sunday and they came wednesday, which was much quicker than I expected. Very easy to put together, only took us about 5 minutes for each chair. Very comfy and supportive, really like the memory foam and I definitely think you could fall right to sleep sitting in them. I personally think all recliners are ugly including these but the gray color is a nice neutral
The bad- I wouldn't buy this if you are overweight or over 6' probably. They are much smaller in person. I'm only 5' so it's fine and my husband is 6' and about 180 and his feet hang off. If you're big or just want a larger chair, this one isn't for you
Overall, really happy with my purchases and happy to have the option of easy pays!
Hard as a rock!
I am 5'4"" and 120lbs. Too small for me! Sat for 3 hours to soften and warm memory foam as host suggested. All I got was a numb tail bone. Arms too low and seat not deep enough. Tilts forward when not reclined and does not raise footrest as high as other models I've had. Sent back next day. Disappointed in quality of Lazyboy and QVC.
LOVE IT !
I ordered 2 chairs and my Husband and I are very happy with them. We wanted to order 2 more, but are sold out in our color.
I've had my chair now for about 3-weeks and overall it's a nice and comfortable chair and worth the money. The only con would be I'm 6' 3" tall & the leg rest comes up a little short for me.
I sit a couple hours a night in it without any discomfort.
small and noisy
This chair is very small. If you are tall, you legs and feet hang out way over the footrest. It also has a very LOUD mechanism when you put the chair back down after being in reclining position. I just had a LAZYBOY which is still in great shape but the material was worn too bad so I bought this one. It was much bigger and didnt make that noise when putting it back down. It should have been less money for the size and I still HATE that noise it makes. I guess thats why I wont buy anymore furniture unless I see it first in a store.
Very pleased -- but with concerns
Rec'd chair sooner than expected which is great! Chair was in perfect condition. Chair is sooooo very, very comfortable, soft, but firm, which is just what I needed!! Fabrication is very good. Appearance is very good. Color (gray# is very neutral and is on the taupe side and blends well with my off-white furniture. Now the concerns. First--the chair is NOT GRAND as stated both online and in description as well as on air. Dan Wheeler and #I think it was Albany#, must be of very small stature, because they both had extra room in the seat area of the chair when on air. I am average size #booty), and I have NO extra room at all in the seat area of the chair; therefore, not grand as stated. The overall mechanism works well. Very little if any 'clicking" noise as stated by other reviewers... actually think "some" light clicking noise is normal in most recliners. My CONCERN is that when you move the lever to CLOSE the chair...when almost all the way down, there is a TERRIBLE loud noise, like a gun went off! Not kidding. This is the reason I could not give 5 stars. The chair seems to work properly otherwise. I'm keeping the chair and sincerely hope it does not 'break' due to this horrible noise. Way tooooo much trouble and expense to send it back as long as it keeps working. I would be interested to know if others had this same problem. I really do Love QVC!!!! It is my go-to for pretty much everything! Thank you.
Uncomfortable for sitting for long periods
I am 5'2" and this chair is not comfortable for long term sitting. My neck and left shoulder are in constant pain because of the way that this chair is molded. Also, for a Lazyboy, the craftsmanship is not all that great. Now I know why the price is on the lower side. I will never buy furniture without trying it out personally beforehand.
love my chair
i am so pleased with my new chair. loving it. best christmas gift to me. needed a new rocker recliner saw this on TSV glad i got it.
