I'm not sure if I got a dud or not, but my coat is really on the small side. And the pockets are so low I can't use them! So, yeah, I'm gonna go with defect! Reason being it's nothing like it was described by the host or Lori. It's beautiful fabric, and probably the coolest coat ever, but not cool to have to reorder so much! Sorry Lori!

For me this is a chic, lightweight jacket that I can wear with just about anything. I usually wear a size small, and at times I will size down to an x small. When I saw this presented I decided to size down even more to an xx small. I love the fit and the sleeves aren't too short. But if need be I could let out the sleeve length. This is a very, very nice coat and a perfect addition to my wardrobe. Wonderful price!

...I found this trench coat as a Lunchtime special with a ridiculous price and I couldn't pass it up! I love it. The only choice I had was the black...and I did size down one size. It is still a roomy fit but that's the style. I love the length and it's oh so comfortable! I'm 5'7" and @ 135 lbs and the XS fit fine.I could have gone down another size but the sleeves would've been shorter ( I have very long arms). There is plenty of room for a sweater (any gauge)or a raglan type sleeve underneath. I love the fact that it is on the casual side-but one can dress it up!... It's a midweight fabric with some drape. Love the retro style. Not a winter coat but great for cool spring days or nights and really nice for the fall. I live in the SF, Ca. area and the marine layer (fog) rolls in starting in May so this will be perfect for the daytime 50-60 degree temps! Thanx Lori and QVC for this piece and for the lowered price!

Read the reviews and had doubts. Glad I purchased. This trench will be a year round wear. It can be a light jacket or belted over pants or skirts. Bought both colors. Love the Willow! And can't go wrong with the black. Also it's on Clearance price so saved some money by waiting a bit. My usual LOGO size is Small. I sized down to X-Small and the fit is perfect. And, the 2 I received were not super wrinkled like other reviews stated. Nothing a steam iron can't handle.

Good cut and professional finishes. Had to return for smaller size and by the time I got it back, our brief spring was over (no reviews when I first ordered). I am sure I will enjoy it for travel and next fall/winter. This is my first Lori item. I watch her shows regularly, but I am never sure what size to order and though this coat reinforced that concern, I am now tempted to try again. Lori, you bubble over with excitement about colors and style and fabrics, please mix in talk about the fit of garments, so we don't waste money and time with returns. :). Since my trench coat is modeled after menswear would it be a "she" or a "he". ;)
Rated 4 out of 5 by lezley Nice trench but different material would be nicer
Just received the trench coat in Willow. As I read in other reviews, the trench coat was massively creased. Threw in the dryer for a little bit but all the creases did not come out. I like the cut of the jacket but it definitely needs to be made of different material. I'm sure when I sit in the trench it will get creased all over again. Like the cut of the trench so much, I ordered it in black also.

Fabric is strange glossy, wrinkled . Cut of coat is strange as in big on top narrow on the bottom. No substance.

The concept of this coat is great it just needs to fit better. It is runs at least 2 sizes to big. I one customer was correct when she said it was wrinkled. It took hours to get them out. I also agree about the pricing. However, I did keep the jacket. Lori is getting way to expensive for the working girl. Tank tops for over 35 dollars is crazy. Love but can't afford to buy but a few. Also, Please stop calling clothes "her". I have noticed host do a lot of that now. I sounds silly.
