So Far, So Good
I purchased 2 of these. The one for me I got my phone number transferred from my old Tracfone to it easily. But the transfer of my husband's Verizon phone number was a fiasco, so I just had a new phone number issued instead.
We are still learning how to use everything on it (we are both electronically challenged) and our previous phones were just extremely basic. But we are happy with them so far.
I was very disappointed with the Tracfone. I will be returning this item to QVC. Worse item I've ever purchased from QVC.

THIS TRACFONE ANDROID IS A PIECE OF JUNK CAN'T MGET IT ACTIVATED CAUSE ALL CALLS GO THROUGH INDIA AND CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING HAVE FONE FOR THREE DAYS NOW AND STILL CAN'T GET ACTIVATED, PIECE OF JUNK
Not a Happy Camper!
Ordered 2 of these phones. One for me and the other for my husband. The screen to test and dial numbers is so small it is almost impossible to do. I have small hands and fingers. Could not keep WI-FI working. Now for Tracfone. I had no problems getting one phone activated and keeping my phone number and the minutes I had on my old Tracfone transferred over. Which I was really about doing because the first time I went with Tracfone I was 2 weeks with out a phone. Sent both of these phones back. To hard to work with. But dealing with Tracfone on other matters is a night mare. Having my number for over 10 years I recently have had an man that keeps calling me for his son and in 2 days got 15 calls from him.Wanted to block this number and could not find it on my new Samsung Tracfone and asking Tracfone about this they told me They did not believe in a person being able to block number and thought I should change MY phone number. Oh Well I don't think so.
Great phone for the price!
I have used this phone for 1 month now and love it! To all the negative reviewers regarding memory storage - buy a larger SD card, I put a 32 gb in the phone, all my contacts, apps go to the card for storage and I have had no problems. Set up was done online with porting my old Verizon number (I have had it for 9 years) and was set up in a couple of hours with no difficulties at all! The reality is this is not a high end phone, not made by Apple, Samsung etc. BUT you get a decent phone for a quarter of the yearly cost of a monthly contract. My husband is a die hard "I am never getting a cell phone" but after seeing mine and using it, he wants one too!
lot of trouble
we are having a lot of trouble with this phone. we can't answer calls as they come in. we have to call the people back. we have talked to the desk several times and get different answers. but the problem doesn't seem to get fixed. also every couple of days the phone goes completely blank and we have to shut completely off and take battery out and move it around to get phone to work again. would send back for new phone but the thought of changing my number and minutes again scares the bejesus out of me. trying to understand the help desk is another problem unto it self.
Don't listen to the negative things some are saying about their Tracefone experience. Most of the problems were caused by not reading the directions thoroughly. This a terrific little phone! And the activation process was easy. If you need more memory, than this phone may not be for you. My only dislike is the size of the keyboard, but getting used to it. Glad I bought this phone! Give it a chance!
NOT ENOUGH SYSTEM MEMORY
Like so many of the others, I couldn't download but a couple of apps before the system would shut down any additional anything! I couldn't even add a new contact phone number once the system was low on memory. And did I mention that Tracfone has the worst customer service I have ever encountered? (An hour and a half on the phone with them and all they could tell me was that I had to take the SD card out of my phone and put it in a computer and plug my phone into the computer was the ONLY way to move an app to the SD card) Although when I decided to return the phone to QVC and called them to deactivate the phone, they had this accomplished in under 2 minutes! The phone itself was okay, just needed more system memory if you plan to use as a smart phone.
I had a flip phone before so was not sure I could set up. Did it on the computer with no problem. Computer tutorials were great. Even used the live chat. It was so easy. I love my phone.
I had high hopes for this phone, but am highly disappointed with it. I have downloaded 6 apps and it is already out of memory. The very apps that I was wanting to download are incompatible with this phone. I wish I had never bought it. I will let my minutes expire and then move on to another carrier.
This phone was absolutely awful. I spent hours on the phone with Tracfone trying to get it activated. It would not pickup a signal and I live in a big city. They finally told me the phone was defective and to send it back for an exchange, which I did, and the phone it was exchanged for had the same problems and had to send it back. A complete waste of hours of time for nothing and much aggravation.
My 13-year old Son loves his LG OPTIMUS TRACFONE WHITE ANDROID WITH 600 MINS, TEXT, DATA AND ACCESSORIES . . . he ordered the CAMO cover and it covers the back and all 4-sides of the cell phone for extra protection. My teen was amazed at all the apps/games/texting, etc. included in this offer. When my Son is happy . . . I am happy! Thank you QVC and LG!
