I kept one for myself and gave the other as a shower gift along with other Kuhn Rikon knives.

Disappointed
The principle of this knife is super! The sharpness is super. But if you are doing prolonged periods of chopping, the angle is so uncomfortable. I had used these knives minimally, but this past weekend I had a lot of chopping to do, and it killed my wrist. The handle should be up further on the blade, not in the middle. Since it had been well over 30 days....I threw them out. Very disappointed...would not recommend at all.

Greatest addition to kitchen
Love these knives! I was tired of always scraping up food with my other knives (which would take several times). With these, its all in one and in less the time. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. So glad I purchased them.

Universal!
I was on the fence about buying these only because I honestly don't need knives of this type in my kitchen. But after seeing them presented (and they came in green) so many times, I decided to buy them. And I'm glad I did! They come in handy and are so universal! The spatula part is really the best (not flimsy at all) and I even use the knife part to cut slices of Juniors cheesecake.The blade is sharp and very durable too. And the best part (besides the gorgeous color green!), is the safety guard. Does that really come in handy lately for me since my hands and fingers have been getting burned and cut alot. They are of a good sturdy quality.

Great knife
I love how sharp this knife is and the fact that you can scoop your food up with the other end. My boyfriend loved it so much, he took the other one home! I'm glad there were two.

I like these knives- very sharp makes chopping, dicing and scooping whatever you need to do. I also found I can slice tomato thin and not mush the tomato

A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR KITCHEN
These knives are wonderful! I love them so easy to use and very sharp to! My daughter and I had to cook dinner the other night for about 20 people. We made tacos we had to chop onions, tomatoes, lettuce Cheese, Peppers, etc.. Well my daughter couldn't stop talking about the knives and they became the topic of the dinner party. So, your more than likely going to have more orders. I would recommend these knives to anyone! We really enjoy them.

Great Knives
This is one of my best purchases for a new kitchen, Having sharp knives makes all the difference. I have used them for vegetables, meat, cakes. They scoop as well which makes getting everything into the bowl so much easier

Handy little slicers...
Didn't realize how dull my knives were until these arrived! Really like them. Maybe dull end could have some sort of line or attention getter so you don't accidentally push down on the wrong side. Would not be good!
