Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed I was looking forward to getting these but one is broken. I put black peppercorns in one which seems to work great but couldn't get the top off the second one so I could fill it with sea salt. The top keeps turning but doesn't come off?? Will return but I will have to send both back. So...disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! These are beautiful and they work real good. You can tell they are good quality when you use them. They hold a lot and I like that and they are easy to fill. They were larger than I was expecting but that's okay, I still love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT GRINDERS! I picked up this set and they are impressive! Large capacity, substantial weight, well made -- perfect! I plan to get another set and experiment with some of my own herb blends. The see-through glass is perfect for selecting the condiment you want. Overall, these are super nice and a great price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst purchase ever I bought one set of these and I loved them, so I bought a second set then after about 90 days the head of the grinder broke 2 days later the second one broke and then the third one broke. I was only using them for salt and pepper. I only have one left. Very disappointing because they work great but don't last very long

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Would not reorder Cons: The inner ring keeps falling off Leaves a powder (residue) on the top of the grinder I am using to grind sea salt. Pros: I like the size and design of the grinders and ability to view the level for refilling purposes. Would have sent the product back but the 30-day return has expired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you like fine ground pepper this one works! I really like these grinders. You can get a very fine grind on your pepper which is difficult to do with even some more expensive grinders. I am using the 2nd grinder for a course sea salt and that works well also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy I needed some grinders but not plastic. When I saw these I purchased right away. I was not disapointed. Glass container, and chops nicely. I used it for flax seed and another for sea salt. Just make sure you don't use over steam, the holes will clog up. But otherwise a very nice addition to my counter. I got the red ones. Easy to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I have owned the original set of these grinders. They perform excellently. Those sets have a container in them so you put the peppercorns, salt, spices, etc. in them. That left the rest of the bottom empty. These new ones fill the total space of the container. That's why I purchased them. Now I won't have to fill them as often. Both grind salt and pepper to whatever degree you wish to have, i.e. coarse to fine grinds. We use one with peppercorns for cooking and keep it by the stove. One grind offers a really good amount of pepper with one turn. This means I don't have to twist and twist and twist to get a decent amount of pepper in the food while cooking. I am wondering about the glass though. If dropped will it withstand the drop without breaking. They look sturdy enough but only time will tell. I will say that the glass is much heavier than the original plastic. I'm wondering why they went to glass. I have no caveats so if you are on the fence about this item, go ahead and get them. They perform excellently each and every twist. ;o)
