KitchenAid Sheet Cutter Stand Mixer Attachment is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Takes some trial and error Works well, I use it on large baked potatoes to make it rap around sour cream and bacon, then in the oven. Would be nice if KitchenAid made a smaller motor accessory stand to power their attachments, rather then getting out the heavy mixer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kitchenaid sheet cutter Made some cute apple roses; liked the potato slicing, made some great potato chips. However, there is a lot of waste. If you entertain a lot it might be worth it; however for me, it’s not a good value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FUN creating new, impressive-looking dishes My husband enjoys using this as much as I do. We eat a lot of fruits and veg, but this helps me make amazing swirled veggie tarts. We followed the directions and watched the videos and have not had problems. Decided to try sheeting the neck of a butternut squash. Caused some screeching due to the slipperiness of the skin, but once we were past that, it made a dandy ribbon that I cut into 12" lengths to cover a pie plate for a veggie quiche of sliced/chopped cabbage, scallions, red bell pepper, cheeses, and egg-milk-herb custard, baked at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Smelled and tasted so good. I look forward to creating more side dishes for our Thanksgiving table. Found the URL for the 30 recipes in the Q&A at the bottom of the web page. Check it out for inspiring recipes. Oh, and save the cores to use in other dishes -- soups, stews, stir-fries, omelets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing kitchen tool! I was looking to buy a French made model, non-motorized one of these. I must say this is very amazing. Took some time to learn to use. DO NOT USE SOGGY PRODUCE! It will not turn properly to cut. Made me some potato rolls stuffed with seafood, veggies and herbs, made me a raw fruit lasagna with Apple noodles. I will be having fun with this. It has already changed the way I eat. To me it's one more toy added to my kitchen arsenal! Also made a crazy sushi roll with cucumbers as the outer shell. If you like to get creative, you'll love it! Wonder what I can do with some pears and a can of pumpkin for the holidays...
