GOOD BUT NOISY I like the KitchenAid Pro, however it is a lot noisier then my old one. Is there something that can be done to tone down the noisy almost grinding noise of this mixer? 12-09-13
Best Ever I have had four kitchen aid stand mixers. Three have gone to my daughters eventually, giving me a good excuse to get a new one since none them ever came close to wearing out. I don't even think that is possible. I have had both stand and tilt heads. I much prefer the stand because it is generally more powerful and larger. I love my new 6qt stand mixer because it does my biggest loaves of bread, etc. The way I found to get the bowl onto the mixer has been to hold the bowl over the top of the handles with the little tabs lined up with the holes in the handle. Make sure back of bowl is tilted forward, slightly. Place tabs on holes, press down back of bowl until everything snaps into place. Easy! The pins or tabs are very strong. Don't worry. 11-21-13
LIFT OFF & ON I have used tilt mixers my entire life, but this one, I just do not know how the rivets on the bowl or the mixer itself are going to hold up with having to SLAM that bowl into place and RIP it away from the mixer. I sent it back, as I could not deal with the bowl, plus the inability to add ingredients and scrape the bowl. Too bad, perhaps customers new to the stand mixer generation will not have a problem. 11-19-13
I LOVE IT!!! I've had the tilt head model for many years. I got this one as an upgrade to all of my baking, and this one is bigger. I am happy with my purchase, but I’d have to say it is different to use compared to my tilt head model. I’ve only used this once and it was awkward. I know in time, I will be better with it with continued use. Kitchen Aid mixers are the best, and I love the red color. 11-16-13
Help Putting Bowl In And Out Everyone just loves this but I am having so much trouble getting the bowl to sit in and take out. Can anyone help me! Thank you for your feedback. I called customer service at kitchen aid but did not get much help. Thought that if someone who has one could help me! Thank you. 10-23-13
Top of The Line Product! This is my first stand mixer, I have wanted one for a very long time, thank you QVC for easy pay! will get a lot of use out of this for years to come :) 10-23-13
the Rolls Royce of mixers I've been wanting a KitchenAid mixer for years. Thanks to the great deal and easy pay offered on QVC I was able to purchase the top of the line. I make a lot of breads;the Pro 600 effortly kneads dough without "walking" all over the counter. I also thought the 6 qt. might be more than needed(since most of the cooking is now for 2); but the scraper beater is efficiant for all sized amounts, and there's always a holiday and company sized meals to prepare. For anyone sitting on the fence about ordering, just do it, you'll be glad you did. 10-21-13

Best Purchase Ever "I have waited years to get just the right KitchenAid stand mixer to meet my needs. With the flex pay and great price, well, I couldn't resist! Of course, I just had to use it right away! It doesn't scoot around while kneading large batches of bread and it mixes up cakes and cookies with ease. The flex-beater is amazing! Does the job and does it so well. No need to scape the bowl afterwards. I got the gloss cinnamon color. And, I am totally pleased with the profound richness of the color. I plan to order a KitchenAid Food Processor in the same color, also. This mixer tops my list for BEST mixer, BEST price, and Best purchase! Thanks QVC for making this awesome mixer available with flex-pay! The first one came with a defect. I called customer service and returned it. The return was processed quickly and another one shipped. The shipping of the mixer itself was super fast. It came days sooner than expected!! 10-07-13
Wonderful Mixer I absolutely love this mixer. The mixing bowl is huge. I really enjoy using it because it runs so smoothly and is very easy to use. I can't wait to get the grinding attachment so that I can grind my own meats. 10-07-13
Love it! Best deal anywhere. Love the new blade with the rubber edge, works so much better than my old one. Had my last KitchenAid 17 years, still worked but I wanted a bigger newer one. I have used it for many batches of cookies (triple recipe) and bread, amazing. 10-02-13
Happy me! I had a larger KtichenAid years ago and then decided it was more than I needed, so purchased a tilt-head, which was fine. However, I considered going back to the more powerful lift bowl. My practical side said I didn't need it, but my frivolous side urged me to buy it. So glad I did! KitchenAid doesn't really need a cheering section, so I will point out two advantages. The older mixers require removing the round logo at the top of the mixer to use attachments. This one just flips up and is much more convenient. Also, when kneading dough for bread, the lighter models can scoot slightly on the counter. This one definitely stays put. I don't do huge batches of anything so was concerned it would be a little too large. I worried unnecessarily, because it handles everything perfectly. Also, this comes with a flex-edge beater. In short, this is an excellent stand mixer. 09-28-13
