What has going on with kitchenaid
I got the yellow food processor and used one time.. The next time I got ready to use it the motor would not even turn over.. It was died....
I bought this a few years ago for my mom. She used it twice before she died. Now, it won't work & Kitchen Aid wants me to pay for repairs which only gives a 1 year warranty. I don't mind paying the shipping ($32) but i isn't worth it.
I have owned this food processor for more than four years, and been very happy with it. I don't have to "process the food before I process the food". The size is absolutely perfect for my needs, and I'm glad I purchased it.
Frustrated with Kitchenaid food processors.
The first Kitchenaid food processor I purchased broke where the plastic lip holds on the bowl in front. They sent me a refurbished one to replace the new one I purchased. The second one did the same thing. I use this prodct at the most 5 times a year. I emailed Kitchenaid and they said I could send it in for repair (at my cost). It would be almost as cheap to buy a new one by the time I purchase the shipping box etc. I will rethink Kitchenaid and purchase a competitive brand. Seems like the Kitchenaid customer service does not live up to the name we associate with the brand.
Heats up very fast and can only process foods once until motor cools down for approximately half hour. Was very disappointed and feel discouraged to buy a kitchenaid, brand appliance again! Very poor quality for the price!!
