My floor loves the coffee this thing makes
Nice coffee maker, but the pot is horrible, dribbles everywhere. It's impossible to pour a cup without getting two cups on the floor. I got this as a gift, so Kitchen Aid customer service won't do anything for me. The coffee is great, but the spout just won't pour, it just dribbles down the side and onto the floor, seems like nobody tried to pour a cup out of this before they sent it to market. Don't buy this thing, unless your floor is very thirsty.

Bought this because of the look and also Kitchen Aid product. Have had it now for a while and I love it. It is very well made and the coffee that it makes is excellent.

Worst Coffee Maker Ever!
I bought this because Of the KA brand.... Big mistake! It will not let you make consecutive pots of coffee, you have to wait for the coffee maker to cool off before it will let you make another pot of coffee.

Really Poor Product!
Bought this because of Kitchen Aid's reputation with other products. Big mistake! Although the instructions say you can use it without the charcoal filter, the water tank leaked water once the filter was removed. The basket for the coffee itself is not easy to put in when you take it out for routine cleaning. And last, but not least, the flavor of the coffee was mediocre. Faulty product and poorly constructed.
