Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Glad I Purchased This Item ‘m very glad that I purchased this item and it’s quickly becoming the most used kitchen appliance I own. It’s just my husband and I so this little oven is the perfect size and it is so nice to be able to cook a meal and not have to heat up the big oven. My only complaint is that the outside and sides of the Kitchen Aid do get hot to the touch and if you aren’t careful you could definitely burn yourself. That is the reason I gave the item 4/5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality Control? I bought this oven in the silver with the intention of having additional cooking space for Thanksgiving. Shame on me for not opening it upon receipt and waiting for 2 days before the holiday thinking it's KitchenAid and Q quality. I didn't get past taking it out of the plastic because the front door was put on crooked, which didn't allow for the door to close properly. The quality check at the Q has been declining and the time and hassle of returning damaged items has become all too frequent. Whoever put the tape on should have noticed that and not allowed it to ship. Back it went today and now I'm heading to the store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Door does not line up I love the look and color- it cooks a little hotter than others so it takes some time to get the cooking times down using less time than noted in a recipe- the pizza pan that comes with it is very sturdy not flimsy like other. Overall it is well made and sturdy. Now the bad part is the door does not line up which a few people have mentioned. It is off by a little I guess quality control had the day off it does not affect the cooking but it is noticeable . For the price I decided to keep it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Much Too Hot on the Outside I returned this item for the following reasons: extremely too hot on the outside, I felt this was dangerous. 2nd reason was when I toasted, broiled I would have to do it over and over for anything to be even a little done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my toaster oven I really love my toaster oven! It cooks pizza perfect! I don’t even want to use my oven anymore after I purchase this! The color is red just like it showed on TV. All the items that comes with it is awesome! I love it! Then, I forgot to add that it cooks even!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Upon unpacking I immediately noticed the door does not line up with the top of the machine. I loved the look and the size based on the presentation but the quality is lacking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my kitchenaid Love reheating pizza. But when cooking for 1 it's great. When I get home around 6-6:30 pm. I can put a couple of chix and a few fries it is like no time at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Don't get rid of your toaster I generally like this oven after two months. I don't have to use my fullsize oven any longer. My household is two people so quantities are smaller and the oven cooks things well, except for toast. Casseroles, pizza everything has just been wonderful. I also like using the smaller size of Temptations for this oven. Most of my other cookware is too large. The toast function is sooooo frustrating! I found that if I preheat the oven for five minutes, then put toast, bagel or english muffin into the oven, I can make a cup of coffee, get out a plate, butter, jam and napkin and then wait, and wait, and wait for the item to get only a light browning on a medium dark setting. I am a Kitchenaid fan and bought this item in stainless steel. It looks good on my counter and doesn't eat up a lot of counter top real estate.
