Description
Master the art of slicing, dicing, kneading, shredding, and more with the versatile KitchenAid Exact Slice 9-cup food processor. Its Exact Slice System features an external adjustable slicing thickness control that allows you to change your slice from thin to thick--no need to remove the blade assembly.

The 3-in-1 wide-mouth feed tube accommodates food of all shapes and sizes, including large items like tomatoes, cucumbers, and potatoes--with a minimum of sectioning or slicing--because the less prep, the better! Drop in smaller foods by removing the narrow pusher from the medium--there's even a hole in the narrow pusher for drizzling oil. Plus, the 9-cup size is just right for everyday jobs, while the 3-cup mini work bowl and blade make the cut for smaller jobs. From KitchenAid.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Let down by KitchenAid I purchased this as I am a big fan of KitchenAid. I was disappointed in this product. I had issues with food being collected in the lid top and had to reopen unit top to unclear build up. Also it seemed to tear up the food and not shred to the same size. I tried different size blades and had same results. I also was disappointed with the infeed to the shredder. You must cut items to process down to a small size and can only put one item in at a time (such as one little spear of zucchini). This purchase was to save time and to assist in making eye appealing items, but was def not what it was made out to be. Item was returned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Utterly Disappointed! I was so excited to finally purchase a food processor - wanted one for years! When I seen this offer, I decided this was the time. After much pulling and struggling, I got the processor out of the packing box. Read the instructions, assembled it, put in an apple to dice for practice and NOTHING. The processor would not work. By then, I was pretty frustrated since I had fought getting the processor out of the box. So I decided to pack it up, which you can never do again as shipped to you, and send it back! That was another crazy thing to try to do but I finally got it packed as best as I could, and sent it back. Next time I'll go to a local store where I can return if anything is wrong instead of ordering. Wish I could have been more positive but cannot. I did like the color - tangerine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sadly Disappointed Firstly: QVC does NOT inform us that this item does NOT ship with a glossy colorful commercial box. It only comes with a plain brown box. Secondly: The item is very light weight. lacking heft- suitable mainly for simple & light tasks. Kitchen-Aid has (I feel) gone way down progressively in the last 10-20-yrs. Focusing on brilliant colorful bling and dropping the ball on strength and integrity. I have witnessed this across many of their product line. From higher end food processors higher end stand mixers and attachments and toasters to stick/immersible blenders. This was my last chance purchase/attempt to test the waters and see if Kitchen-Aid would defy what I was sure I already knew. Sadly - They failed again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glad I Tried It Again I’ve had several processors over the years and decided to try this one because I liked the two bowls. At first I thought there was something wrong with the power buttons because nothing would come on. The bowl was locked in tight, top was on, but nothing. Frustrated I was about to send it back when I tried it once more.... make sure the food feed is toward you in the front and the top has to click in and align with the handle. Once I aligned everything ... worked like a charm. I’ve sliced vegetables to made several soups and really like the adjustable thickness. I’ve done rutabagas, potatoes, carrots, fennel, leeks....everything sliced great.Glad I didn’t send it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I read the reviews and i had some of the problemsthe other people mentioned..but then i took my time, and tried to learn it. It is wonderful, its quiet and fast. And the small bowl is great I have a cuisinart , dont use it any more , may sell it. And its ALOT lighter than the cuisinart also!
