Description
Master the art of slicing, dicing, kneading, shredding, and more with the versatile KitchenAid Exact Slice 9-cup food processor. Its Exact Slice System features an external adjustable slicing thickness control that allows you to change your slice from thin to thick--no need to remove the blade assembly.

The 3-in-1 wide-mouth feed tube accommodates food of all shapes and sizes, including large items like tomatoes, cucumbers, and potatoes--with a minimum of sectioning or slicing--because the less prep, the better! Drop in smaller foods by removing the narrow pusher from the medium--there's even a hole in the narrow pusher for drizzling oil. Plus, the 9-cup size is just right for everyday jobs, while the 3-cup mini work bowl and blade make the cut for smaller jobs. From KitchenAid.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste Your Money. I don't ever write reviews but I couldn't help myself. I have been so frustrated with this product. I hate using it. So frustrated that it is past the time to return it to qvc because now I am stuck. Such a waste of money. The blade won't stay snapped down so I have to stop the machine every 5 seconds to snap the blade down and restart. The bowl is hard to clean. It jumps all over the counter. Buttons hard to push. Terrible design. I gave my old cuisinart away when I "upgraded" to this. Big mistake. Do not buy this product. You will regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Read The Instructions!!! I saw a lot of negative reviews and I was shocked because Kitchen Aid's reputation precedes itself. The first time I used the machine it did not work, so I decided to read the manual. You have to make sure everything is locked into place, including the largest food pusher before you plug it in and turn it on. Once I did that, guess what it worked!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bulky Sent back. Buttons too hard to push. Bowl was bulky and hard to close. Processed graham crackers and it left chunks in the bowl. Was to be a pie crust. Jumps around when in use. Going back to my 30+ year old Cuisinart.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from GOOD, BUT WITH PROBLEMS I've never owned or operated a Food Processor before. My mom had one until it died. I used this for the first time yesterday to shred cabbage for cole slaw. It did a good job, have to get use to grating size. The problem I have is 1) it leaves a good bit of larger pieces on the blade that don't shred 2) and this is the biggest problem, on the part that you push the items into the grater with, is a SMALL opening, cabbage leaves went down into this and I cannot get them all out. I am praying as they get old and soft I will be able to get this out. If not I don't know if this part is any longer any good. And this is the first time I used it. I don't know if I am going to be happy with this. It was very fast shredding the cabbage and carrots, but I don't know what to do with the part I can't get the cabbage out of. Top has a VERY SMALL opening and bottom is closed. They should have make the whole thing solid on the top and bottom. I love KitchenAid products and never expected this to happen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Processor This is an excellent product. The only complaint I have is not with the product but with shipping. I ordered a 'BLACK' processor and the first one that was shipped was missing some parts and when the product was reshipped, I was shipped a 'RED' processor. I have been waiting soooo long for the product that I just decided to keep the 'RED' one because I was just tired of waiting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product Finally used the food processor yesterday, Nov. 4, worked well, power was strong, and julienne disc worked. The parts were all okay except the large feed tube, it was broken slightly on the edge, but didn't affect the food processor. The directions could have been clearer on how to use the disc, other than that it seem to work well.
