KitchenAid 60oz Diamond Vortex Blender with 7 Functions 4.1 5 12 12
LOVE IT - NO PROBLEMS Received my tangerine blender, unpacked, washed it, made smoothies. No problems, love color too. Matches my food processor (also a QVC purchase). 03-06-14
Great blender I purchased this blender to make smoothies. It is very powerful. It crushes the ice and mixes very well. The pitcher part can be slightly difficult to remove but not that much of a hassle unless you have gripping problems with your fingers. Easy to clean. I'm very happy with this purchase. Another great Kitchenaid product! 02-20-14
KitchenAid comes through again Recently purchased this because a certain husband of mine burned out the motor on my KitchenAid blender that I just loved and have had for many years. I was hesitant at first because of the non glass jar, my old one is, but was in need of a blender, so I made the leap. I have used this several times so far for beverages and found it to be a powerful unit. If you want to spend hundreds of dollars on other name brands, be my guest, but I think you will be satisfied with this unit. I rated this 4 Stars because of the difficulty getting it off the base, non glass jar and the whole unit is not white. The Pros: Power and size of jar. Cons: It is very hard to get the jar off and that is because of the new design with this model, but I wouldn't send it back, just use a little muscle. 10-31-13
2 week wonder I used the blender everyday for about 2 weeks. It worked great blending spinach, carrots, almonds into a liquid consistency for my coffee drink. The last time I used it was like all the other days, nothing different, turned it off and unplugged it like normal. The next day I got it all ready to blend and it wouldn't turn on, no lights, nothing. It was very disappointing. QVC was great about refunding my money due to the fact that they have the extended holiday return going on right now, but normally they have only a 30 day return. 10-26-13
Would Rate 10 Stars!!! Of the countless blenders I have purchased this one is Supreme! It has the power to make juice out of whole fruits and vegetables just as a 400$ Juicer I am so completey satisfied with this purchase I would reccommend to all buy it! You won't need any other appliances as this also grates chops and I am certain will make any juice you might be using a "juicer" to do. I own 3 KitchenAid mixers and a mini chopper I am so satisfied with all of my purchases and couldn't do it without Easy Pay! Thanks KitchenAId for partnering with QVC your giving us the BEST prices and products! 10-21-13

More than it should be for price this blender is AWESOME ! ! had thought about buying the vitamix but decided to get this instead since they stated that it held its own up against the big boys ! ? and they were RIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it doesn't even hicup fully loaded with ice and frozen fruit when i make smoothies. would totally recomend this to anyone wanting to make a smart purchase and save alot of moolah in the process 09-05-13
Good product Love the look. Agree that jar is hard to get off. I found that if the handle is on the right and you reach behind it your left hand and pull toward the left it makes it much easier to get off. Might be hard to do if you are 4'11", I bought for green smoothies because my ninja did not get greens smooth enough. Works good for that. Blends celery, apples, broccoli, etc well. Handles frozen fruit, but you have to add in stages or it bogs down. I like the end result the texture is good. NOT QUIET!! I don't know what rep considers quiet, but this isn't it. Overall I like. I have had it about a month and use everyday. 09-03-13
Just love all KitchenAid products! Received this item & the quality is the normal good quality from KitchenAid. Haven't had a chance to use it yet though. Love the bigger size of the pitcher. Also I really like that it has a crush mode. 08-22-13
Going Back! I waited so long to get this blender. It came today and it was beautiful. Then the problem came up. I could not get the pitcher off the base. My husband had to do it. I tried for over an hour to do it myself. I am 4 feet 11 and this was too hard for me to get off. I am so disappointed! My hands ache from trying to work this machine. It is going back tomorrow. 08-19-13
Be Sure To Read Book Before Using....Good So Far.. We got the KA diamond vortex blender in today. We were had been looking at the other blenders but they cost too much. The price on this was more affordable & the demo made it look as though it was just as powerful. I ordered it for my husband mainly for his smoothie making but I will use it often myself. We have the Margaritaville blender and use it in the summer mostly to make marguaritas & fall we make the pumpkin smoothies we saw David make on demo. But we still needed a blender to make other things & to use daily and not take up so much room on the counter. We made sure to read the book & we highly recommend you do that when you get it. We took it out & washed it out. I must say I had to have my husband remove it from the base (he did not use the handle but held onto it at the base & turned it clockwise to remove it). Then he had to have him put it back for me to make sure it was locked. He said he had to read the book & it tells you how to line it up just right to lock it in place on the base. I will have to practice I guess. We had some frozen peaches & I took them out while getting milk, vanilla ice cream & vanilla and can of peaches so the frozen peaches could thaw a bit. Then we put the frozen peaches in first with a bit of milk and pureed them using settings in book for frozen fruits & then added ice cream, vanilla flavoring & some of the syrup from canned peaches. It turned out really good. We are looking forward to making the ice cream from frozen bananas and I am going to use it to make my own spaghetti sauce with my tomatoes, bell peppers, onion & freeze it & for making soups this fall with fresh veggies. My husband wanted it to make his fruit/veggie smoothies. I hope it holds up. So far I seems to be more powerful than our other blender & that is was we wanted. 08-12-13
