KitchenAid 5-Speed Diamond Blender is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible The first one I bought lasted a year before it just stopped working and all the buttons started blinking. I called Kitchenaid and they sent me a new one. The replacement lasted almost two years before it also stopped working. I called Kitchenaid and they refused to replace it. It works great if your looking to replace a blender ever two years. I used it to make frozen drinks and they did come out good. But I want a blender to last at least 5 years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Close, but not close enough! I purchased this blender trying to be frugal. I have numerous KitchenAid products, (5) to be exact, and I wanted this to work, but it just didn't make the cut. My ex purchased a Vitamix from QVC some years ago, and knowing what that machine could do made me a little biased when I tried this one out. For one, it doesn't have a tamper which it desperately needs, and power was just lacking period. At one point I thought the blades seized up under the load of one frozen banana, and a few frozen and fresh strawberries with a cup of almond milk thrown in. These ingredients caused an air bubble which I had to push down twice with a spoon. It did blend up nice and smooth though once it got going. I'm trying to eat a little healthier in 2016 and blending will be one of the main things I will be doing to help with those efforts. This is a good blender, but not good enough for me. I returned the blender to QVC the very next day, and ordered a brushed stainless steel Vitamix G-Series 750 Professional, from Vitamix directly. I don't know why QVC doesn't sell this version with the presets but they do have the regular G-Series 750 that comes with (2) stainless steel travel containers. Happy blending!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product QVC's price is outrageous!!! Plus they tack on $11.00 4 S&H? R U kidding me? Go to the Kitchenaid website:blenders. Kitchenaid will give you a discount on their retail price. You can get it 4 $103.00 + $2.00 S&H +tax, of course. There is a 5 year warranty on the Diamond blender. Not a good buy QVC.
