Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Temperature Regulation From day one this cooker can not keep the temperature on the display. I have two digital lazier thermometers and they both show issues with the cookers thermostat. Have to keep a constant eye on this cooker to monitor the temperature. Bad, overpriced KitchenAid junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware This Defective KitchenAid Product! I purchased and received this thing on April 25, 2017. I've used it maybe 4 times. Today I started preparing bar-b-cue shredded beef. Everything was going well, display working and responding, stir paddles doing their thing, all was well. I stayed with it until I saw it starting to simmer then turned the temp down. Left the room, returned to check progress about 1/2 hour later. There was NO progress! All was dead. I checked the breaker panel and tried another outlet. No good! It had died! It's now in a box and of course it's Saturday so I will have to wait until Monday to call KitchenAid. Good thing I have many sizes of pressure cookers as it's too late for the slow cooker. Something nagged at me not to purchase this, but I ignored that something. I should listen better!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I've had my Multi-Cooker almost a year. I loved it! Loved it so much that I recommended it to my friends and coworkers who in turn also purchased one. Here I am 11 months later and the unit suddenly stopped keeping the temperature. Yesterday I put a 2.5 lb pork roast in the cooker on low for 7 hours. An hour later, there was no power to the unit. I was able to get power restored to it (not sure how) and it never kept the temperature after that. I cut the meat into several chunks and put the cooker on high. A couple hours passed when I checked on it and it was at 102 degrees. Twelve hours into the process, I decided to throw the meat away due to the various heat fluctuations throughout the day. Tonight I'll be throwing the multi-cooker in the garbage. I spent good money on a good brand for good quality and am less than pleased in the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome cooker! stir tower best since sliced bread I love this thing! Got it on clearance! Worth every penny! Made risotto first night, awesome flavor and so easy! Stir tower works great! Settings are easy and intuitive. Made grits second day. Stirred in everything fine. Made beef brisket by adapting the recipe in the cookbook for pulled pork sandwiches. Hubby loved it! Made chicken soup over the weekend. I loved letting it stir every twenty minutes for the soup. I did need to add water during the three hours I simmered the soup, but it came out great! I made the beef stroganoff last night and it was wonderful! I have used it every day and leave it on my counter top. I have not had any problems with the nonstick pot, I handwashed it once and ran it through the dishwasher the other times. No coating peeling! The silicone stir wands seem durable. Love it! Buy yourself one before they sell out. Can't wait to do gravy and cranberry sauce for thanksgiving!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great! I have the cobalt, which matches my 30-year old mixer perfectly. I made brown rice last night, and it was absolutely perfect! I also made one of the breakfasts in the cookbook, and it was great! The stir tower is so handy - however, it does tend to "push" the food rather than stir it. Just depends on what you're making. The non-stick interior is very slick and easy to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Love Love! I received this as a gift and I love it. I agree there is a learning curve for some recipes but I write it down for each recipe. This cooker is awesome, especially the stir tower. Would definitely recommend. Just a heads up, this is not super large...that's the only thing I wish was different...maybe a 7 qt. I love a lot of leftovers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from KitchenAid FAIL! I was so EXCITED to order this as a gift for my mother for Christmas! She LOVES KitchenAid and I thought it would clear up her counter and she'd be able to get rid of a few of her "gadgets" The excitement quickly diminished when I realized this really was NOT user friendly and NOT something that can be easily used ..... If I had to do it over again I would NOT have ordered it..... It looks great on TV but definitely NOT worth the price~!
