Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Multi-purpose Cooker! I am so happy that I purchased this product. I kept looking at it thinking about how I could use it. I bought it a while ago when it was on sale. I have not regretted it since. The stir tower is excellent!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Non stick coating came off the bottom of the cooker pot. It was due to the tower stirrer rubbing on the bottom of the pot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must for the kitchen. I've only had time to use this a couple of times but the first time sold me. I've had crock pots and have to go in and stir whatever I was cooking every so often and all I had was high medium and low. With this, I can put anything in, set the cooking mode for just what I'm cooking and adjust the temp. to what's best. And if it's something that needs stirring I don't have to do that either. Plus with the timer I don't even have to go in the kitchen again till it's ready. I have a feeling this will be my most used appliance with out heating the kitchen up with an oven. LOVE it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice addition to kitchen appliances. I've only used this multi cooker 3 times so I'm still trying to adapt my recipes . The cooking pot is nonstick and it clean up nicely but has chipped in two places already. I've only used silicone utensils and I'm very careful not to bang it around. I handwash the parts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Have used this several times. I honestly have only found 2 functions that actually perform well. Steaming and soups. Have tried the slowcook on low option twice. Both times my food was still raw after 12 hours of cook time. High cooks the food but leaves it to tough to eat. Steaming works well and the stir tower is great for soups and chili. So, I have a $300 soup maker and steamer. Everything I have in my kitchen is KitchenAid. Happy with all except this one. Save your money. Buy another brand multicooker

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best thing I've ever had! Yes, there are multi cookers out there by everyone, but nothing, I mean NOTHING, is like this!!! The wide variety of settings and instant heat up make this very different from other cookers. The screen tells you just exactly what the cooker is doing...heating up, cooling down, at set point, you always know what is happening. And the kicker is the stirring tower. I have made the most lucious puddings, gravies, cream sauces, soups, stews! And you can set it and WALK AWAY!!!! The cooker will do it all, the temp will not fluctuate, set the timer and it will let you know when it's done. There was a brief learning curve, but once I figured out a routine on each dish, it could do it the same way every time. And to be able to brown ground beef and cut up onions, peppers, mushrooms, whatever...and do it WHILE the ground beef browns...AMAZING! I am disabled with rheumatoid arthritis and this cooker has been such a wonderful relief for me!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money For that price the quality should be much better. Insert is scratched after only using it twice. I hand washed it. I just made a chicken soup, most of the liquid evaporated. When you don't use the stir tower, it leaves a gap between the lid and insert. I do realize you turn the lid so it won't leave the larger gap (for when you use the stir tower), but it still leaves a 1/4" gap that is 2" wide. Slow cookers are supposed to be kept SEALED to hold in liquids. What a waste of money. I had expected a LOT more from KitchenAid.
