Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE LOVE LOVE I had a mini chopper years ago and am so glad to have gotten this one. It is so much handier than getting out the big chopper. I leave this on my counter and use constantly for so many different things. I like the pulse control so I can get the exact chop that I want.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful I love the two bowl convenience and how easy it is to take apart and clean. I think most food choppers can be a bit noisy, but this one isn't bad, and does a great job. The blade so near the bottom gets the finer things chopped, including nuts!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had a heck of time getting a bowl off I bought this machine for myself and had no problem but bought one for my sister and we had all sorts of problems with one of the bowls. We lucked out and the 2nd bowl was easier to get off of the machine. I just hope that KitchenAid tests the equipment prior to shipping. I have other KithcenAid appliances and love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from learning curve but worth it! I had the same concerns when I first started using it, I couldn't get the bowl off but the more I used it the quicker I was able to easily get the bowl off. Now that I have mastered it I use it constantly to chop or mix instead of getting out my big food processor or electric mandolin,. It is just so handy and easier cleanup than the bigger chopping options. Just get used to it and you will love it as I do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used it 3 times and now the bowl will not go back on the unit. Looks like it shrunk...called customer service and they said they will accept a return...I DID love this product but now totally useless! Sad that this was my first Kitchenaid product. Bad experience!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap I cannot believe KitchenAid made this product & QVC is selling it. I bought this in August in blue because I was moving and blues is my new kitchen color. I literally just opened it and I can’t get the bowl off. Since it’s past the return date it’s just wasted money. The sad thing is that I bought one for my mother who moved in December and she has the same problem. Our cheap 5 chopper from Proctor works just fine. So disappointed and sorry I waited so long to try it out.
