Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap I cannot believe KitchenAid made this product & QVC is selling it. I bought this in August in blue because I was moving and blues is my new kitchen color. I literally just opened it and I can’t get the bowl off. Since it’s past the return date it’s just wasted money. The sad thing is that I bought one for my mother who moved in December and she has the same problem. Our cheap 5 chopper from Proctor works just fine. So disappointed and sorry I waited so long to try it out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bowl difficulty I bought this chopper a couple months ago from QVC and used it for the first time December 23, 2017.. it chopped very good but when I was done chopping I could not get the bowl off to clean it.. I tried for almost an hour trying to get it off, I didn't have anything to grip on to because there's no handle.. I'm not sure what to do about it at this point.. I have arthritis in my fingers and tried my best to get that darn bowl off and couldn't.. it's disappointing because I'm on Social Security and I feel like I have wasted money on this product, very disappointed.. I think QVC should maybe give us a credit towards the one they have now with the handle..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from SHOULD HAVE KNOWN! THIS STYLE WAS DISCONTINUED AND I CERTAINLY UNDERSTAND WHY! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I USED IT TONIGHT TO MAKE CRANBERRY SALAD. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE PIECES APART ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ELDERLY AND HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR HANDS. TOOK ME 2 HOURS TO MAKE SOMETHING THAT WOULD NORMALLY TAKE 15 MIN. WISH I COULD RETURN!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Somewhat disappointed I purchased this item because it was a Kitchenaide but also because I watched the demo on tv and liked what - I thought - I saw. In using this item it fails....no handle, and it is hard to put the bowl on and to take it off. If you are in a hurry and have moist/wet hands it is a real challenge. Would not recommend it for the above reason.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Cute! Easy & Fast To Use! I love this little chopper. I purchased this right before the new KA chopper came out, but I do not regret my purchase. I have the large 13 cup KA food processor and use that all the time, so I did not find fitting the bowl on and off to be difficult at all. You line up the little side ways L on the side of the bowl with the unit, and turn it until it clicks into place. I have read other reviews where people sent the choppers back because they would not turn on. THAT is the safety feature built into the food processors and the KA choppers. They will not turn on unless everything is in place. This mini chopper is perfect for doing my onions for tacos, chili, soup, or anything else I am making. I have not tried salad dressings yet, but other veggies work great. I love watching the demonstrations that Tina Verrelli does because I learn new things to use this chopper for. I like the bright pop of color on my counter too. Excellent little chopper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very difficult to use I didn't heed the warnings from other reviews about the difficulty of removing the bowl after use. I wish I had. Now they have put out one with a handle. It is too bad that we who purchased the original don't get some discount on the new one. Ho hum!
