KitchenAid 3.5 Cup One-Touch 2-speed Chopper with Extra Bowl is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 98.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design. Poor material This is not up to qvc standards it was designed in an ark ward way making it difficult to open and easy to break, then the material it was made of was inferior. Sorry I hate to send things back but this had to leave the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes Life Easier!! I really was undecided about this one for a few days because of some of the negative reviews....I finally made the decision to go ahead and was able to get one of the last ones offered in the Boysenberry color (matches my Temp-tations Violet pattern accessories). The color itself is gorgeous. This is the best little chopper...I agree the bowl is a little stiff and tough to remove but then I decided to "hug" it while removing and that worked great...it is getting easier to remove with each usage. I chop everything in there and I have to say I am so pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is compared to some other kitchen appliances that I own. KitchenAid is a great company which is 9/10 of the reason I eventually decided to go ahead and order this...it is a quality product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bowl On Too Tight The chopper works just fine but it is impossible to get the bowl off once it is locked in place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design I thought the reviews I read about not being able to get the top off were just personal issues with hand mobility. NO. I am so sad this is such a poor design - it is almost impossible to get the top off. PLEASE fix this, I would love a little chopper like this for all my small to medium jobs. Disappointed in Kitchen Aid and QVC on this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice product I love Kitchen Aid products, and this is one of several I own. This is a nice little chopper. My only complaint is that it is very hard to release the bowl part from the base. I actually had to have my husband help me loosen it. Hopefully it will get easier with time. can Kitchen Aid suggest how to make it easier?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from How I fixed the hard to use problem Received my KitchenAid chopper. It iwas very tight and was hard to put the cup and top on and off the base. I took the base and used an emery file and gently filed down the rough places on the parts used in locking the bowl in. After doing this, it works fine and my hands are moderately handicapped and I can do it easily.. I love the chopper and especially the extra bowl and the second speed. I had the old model and it finally gave out but this one has two speeds instead of the one. Manufacture needs to find a way to do away with the rough edges on the base.
