Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great chopper but I loved how well it made humus and salsa, unfortunately I had a hard time getting the bowl on and off. It needs a handle or I need larger hands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from returned x 2 the bowl of this chopper was very difficult to remove from the base the first time I ordered it . I returned it for an exchange. it was impossible to remove the second time. either there is a design flaw or we received two duds.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from FRUSTRATION / had to get HELP First time I used this to make bread crumb (Worked great!!) the bowl would not turn I tried and tried finally and relunctantly I asked my husband if he coule remove it. He read the little manual and tried for almost 1/2 hr. I called customer service to return it. I do not want a small appliance that I have to ask someone for help every time I use it....I won't used it...waste of $ and storage space. Then my husband suggested I call Kitchen Aid directly. As I was explaining the problem, my husband got it off. The Kitched Aid representative suggested we put mineral oil on the base of the bowl before attaching it to the base. NOW THEY BOTH COME OFF EASILY! Suggestion to host....let customer know that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It!! Had a little trouble figuring out how to work this but referred to booklet from Kitchenaid that was enclosed. I know that everything has to be "exactly" right when assembled/used or it will not run. Loved it once I figured it out!! Going to use this all the time it is so convenient. Wish, however, I had been able to get some of the recipes that were shown on air when this product was demonstrated!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Chopper This little device is an essential for the kitchen. It's small enough to store on the counter top and is absolutely needed for those quick chopping duties. The chop is even and as small as you want it; and it purees if needed. Just a handy little helper! I'm not sure why the reviews are low as the device is easy to use.
