KitchenAid 3.5 Cup One-Touch 2-speed Chopper with Extra Bowl is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 218.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Somewhat disappointed I purchased this item because it was a Kitchenaide but also because I watched the demo on tv and liked what - I thought - I saw. In using this item it fails....no handle, and it is hard to put the bowl on and to take it off. If you are in a hurry and have moist/wet hands it is a real challenge. Would not recommend it for the above reason.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Cute! Easy & Fast To Use! I love this little chopper. I purchased this right before the new KA chopper came out, but I do not regret my purchase. I have the large 13 cup KA food processor and use that all the time, so I did not find fitting the bowl on and off to be difficult at all. You line up the little side ways L on the side of the bowl with the unit, and turn it until it clicks into place. I have read other reviews where people sent the choppers back because they would not turn on. THAT is the safety feature built into the food processors and the KA choppers. They will not turn on unless everything is in place. This mini chopper is perfect for doing my onions for tacos, chili, soup, or anything else I am making. I have not tried salad dressings yet, but other veggies work great. I love watching the demonstrations that Tina Verrelli does because I learn new things to use this chopper for. I like the bright pop of color on my counter too. Excellent little chopper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very difficult to use I didn't heed the warnings from other reviews about the difficulty of removing the bowl after use. I wish I had. Now they have put out one with a handle. It is too bad that we who purchased the original don't get some discount on the new one. Ho hum!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS!! I do love KitchenAid without a doubt, but this would TURN someone who hated it! This is packed full of power, and getting a second bowl is just The best! Being able to chop food FAST for use that night and wile You are in the cooking/prep mood you just keep on going Now that you have that xtra bowl to chop and store the food in-tomorrow's prep done! This is the way to take leftovers pop them in and in a matter of seconds you have either a fantastic (new)snack or a new dinner that is a mix of a couple of leftovers and nobody would've guessed they ate parts of it days ago! Genius!! I have my freezer stocked with Chopped onions, peppers, and just about anything I could find that could be chopped! * and don't think that it's just me... my Husband is fully into this as well!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not For People With Mobility Issues I was excited to get this small chopper for many small tasks in the kitchen. However, I could not believe how poorly designed it is for people with mobility issues in their hands. You will not want this chopper if you have arthritis, weakness, etc. in your hands. I was finally able to wrestle the lid off of one of bowls after a great deal of effort, but was never able to get the lid off of the second bowl, so it is really not useable. There is nothing to grip onto to get the bowl on and off the unit, or to get the lid on/off of the bowl. All of the parts fit so tightly and don't move easily. There have been times I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get the bowl off of the unit, it was on there so tight. I see where QVC has introduced a new version with a handle on the bowl and several other new features. That would probably be a better option. However, it doesn't help those of us who purchased this model. I'm sure they have received similar comments to mine; it would have been nice if they had pulled this product from sale until the new version was available for sale. Now those of us with this model are stuck with a product that is very difficult to use. A really disappointing KitchenAid product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I am so happy with this purchase. I do have the large Kitchen Aide food processor, which is so large I can't keep it on my counter. And I do have the manual little pull choppers, but this is just right to keep on my counter and so far I love it. Use it all the time...you just have to keep a hand on it when using as it tends to move a bit. But over all, I'm loving this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used Twice And Threw Away. Waste Of Money I wanted to love this, but the design is so flawed. The bowl gets stuck on the base and because there is no handle, it's impossible to dislodge. You don't have any leverage. I am watching QVC now and I see they have brought this same product back, but now with an updated design (and handle). I am disappointed they continued to sell this other version for the last six months, despite the negative reviews. I fell for it and now I will have trouble trusting QVC again. "Quality" is supposed to be a standard. I threw this unit away last week, after the bowl would not dislodge. It was only my second time using it. Disappointed.
