Bagels are fabulous! They were very fresh.Hard to believe they are "light". Almost finished the book. Very motivational and inspiring. Book and Web site have alot of really good recipes.

Very inspirational! Great motivation!
I recieved my bagels and book yesterday and could not put the book down. It is very motivational. I love the bagels. I am hoping that QVC will start carriing the bagels. I went to Kims website and ordered more. They are the best. You wont be sorry you ordered this! LOVE IT

Unbelievable ....
I have enjoyed the caring help, friendship and professional quality products from Kim Bensen's company for over 2 years. If you think weight loss means you have to give up yummy foods, you couldn't be more wrong. Theses bagels, as well as an endless list of other items, are heavenly! The benefits I have gained from my involvement with Kim's website can't be measured. I have made lifelong friends and without a doubt found the desire to keep going forward in my weightloss journey and maintenance, instead of giving up once again. There is just never a question in my mind about whether I will remain a faithful member. This has felt like finding a comfortable, old friend since the first day. :)

Best Bagels Ever
I recently purchased this package from QVC.The bagels are so yummy and filling.I loved Kim's book and have recently started her program.I tell all my friends and co workers,if you are looking for a filling good for you snack or breakfast that is so versatile get Kim's Light Bagels.

The BEST BAGELS and Most amazing purchase!
I Love Kim Bensen and her site and ALL her products but ESPECIALLY her bagels! They are sooo delicious and fresh and filling!! I can't say enough about how great they are - they don't taste like diet bagels and they are a great size and have wonderful flavors. I have been a member on her site for a while now and she is the most caring, sweetest, most helpful person ever! She offers INDIVIDUALIZED help - more so than anyone else anywhere! She really cares about every one of us and is so motivating and helpful! I just love her and am so glad I found her! She is helping me get to goal and stay there!

Best Inspiration-Best Bagels-Awesome Program
Wow! After reading the book I know I can do it. Kim has been there and knows what it is like. She didn't just lose the weight - she is keeping it off. The bagels are a great (and delicious) help for me...try the blueberry....they are my favorite. There is real help for the journey with Kim's meetings. I have already lost 8 lbs and I know I can do it this time. I highly recommend this program!

Kim is amazing!
I would highly recommend this product. Kim is such an inspiration and motivator and truly cares for her members. I have had great success following her program, as I have lost 100 pounds with her help. Her recipes are fabulous! her bagels are delicious! So are her flat breads and pita breads. I am sure you will find the encouragement and support that you need by reading her book and becoming a member of her weight loss program. She is someone who you can relate to and someone who understands the everyday challenges we face. Thank you Kim, for the personal attention you give and and for the countless amount of lives you have changes for the better!

Awesome value
Kim's book is a great and easy read with many "ah ha" moments. The bagels are delicious, and the recipes on the website are incredible. I attended my first online meeting Thursday and really enjoyed the information and the fun presentation! This is definitely a winner!!

Wonderful Program
Kim Bensen's Finally Thin Book is the most motivating and encouraging book I have ever read. Membership in their Xchanges program has assisted me in losing 35 pounds in the last 5 months! I love the bagels! They are a great size and provide a great breakfast with your favorite (on program) topping. As a member, I can participate in two weekly on-line meetings and interact with other members as well as Kim's staff. E-mails and phone calls to the staff are always welcome. Kim and her staff are pleased to answer questions, review meal plans, and provide encouragement at all times. They are the BEST!! The new Maintenance program will be there to provide direction and encouragement when I reach my goal! That is special!!

Kim's story is inspiring and it makes you want to "join the team" and begin the weight loss journey. The bagels are great and her website gives great recipes to use with the product.
