Don't even think about buying this machine!
Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT buy this machine with these very special VUE Cups....... They average $17 bucks for a box of 16 and you can't buy then anywhere!!! I've spent a small fortune just in gas to go the bed bath & beyond or kohls to buy these VUE cups. They don't sell them in ANY supermarkets ....you can only find the K cups which are totally different from these VUE cups.... They also do NOT make the refillable cups that you can fill with your own favorite coffees for this machine--- they really get you! It costs me at least $60 a month for me and my man to each have only 1 cup of coffee a day plus my gas to run around and find them! Some days I'd like more than one, but I'd have to refinance my home in order to be able to afford--- it's crazy!
Unless your Rockefeller, don't bother...... Get the regular Keurig that uses the K cups that you can buy anywhere...... I'm gonna take this very special machine outside and drive my truck over it since its too late to return.... HUGE waste of money and time!

GREAT but not PERFECT!!!!
The coffee pot is Great but not PERFECT. My concerns,the coffee pods are more expensive, not enough choices and hard to find, still not hot enough. My biggest issue is that you can not use the other brands of K-Cups. Also you can not use your own brand of coffee. I will be returning the brewer. If they bring out another new one with everything I would like. I will order it. Please work on these options. I do have one of the regular Keuig, 2 pots take up to much room on my counter.

Vue cups are over priced and hard to find.
I love QVC and am happy with them ... It's Keurig that I am not happy with. This is my 2nd Keurig Brewer. My first one was a K cup and I loved it. The V (Vue) cups are hard to find and very costly. The Keurig website is out of stock on many of the Vue cups and none of my local grocery stores carry them. They just carry the "K" cups.

CAN'T FIND VUE CUPS ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE 2 KEURIG BREWERS,ONE THAT TAKES THE K-CUPS BUT DOESNT HAVE A MENU OR WATER FILTER & UPGRADED TO THIS MODEL KEURIG. BESIDES NOT BEING ABLE TO BUY VUE CUPS ANYWHERE EXCEPT ONLINE & THEY DONT EVEN HAVE MANY VARIETIES,THE VUE CUPS DOESNT EVEN FIT IN THE KEURIG CAROUSEL 2 SIDED STAND I BOUGHT WHEN I PURCHASED THE FIRST KEURIG. SO NOW STUCK WITH NO VUE CUPS & HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER STAND FOR THE VUE CUPS,WHICH IS RUNNING INTO MUCH MORE MONEY EXPECTED.MY COUNTER WILL LOOK LIKE A COFFEE SHOP WITH ANOTHER STAND!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS REALLY CRAZY.IF IT WASNT OVER THE LIMIT TO SEND IT BACK, I WOULD SEND IT A.S.A.P.WITH NO HESITATION.

Stay with K cup machine
Keurig K cups machines are just as good if not better. You find K cups everywhere! grocery stores, Costco, Target, online in a variety of brands and flavors. VUE cups are not in grocery Stores not at Costco and can only be found online or at Bed Bath and Beyond. The selection for Vue is minimal. Starbucks offers one Vue cup and it been SOLD OUT since November at the keurig website. Also, the Keurig K cup machine allows you to have a personal K cup you can brew any coffee. Really disappointed. I should have purchased the K cup machine

Wheres the Coffee?
I cannot find the VUE K-cups in local stores. I've had to order on-line and that is expensive. Also, time consuming. Really need to plan ahead for the next order. I would not buy this machine, because of the unavailability of the K-cups in local stores.

Disappointed
Being a loyal Keurig user for years I just knew this would be a wonderful product. I honestly can't see the difference between the Vue and regular model. The coffe may be slightly hotter and the two step process may be helpful to some, but unfortunately not me. The VKups are available at local stores but the selection is very limited, I even shop online and the choices are slim. If there was a reusable kup that would be awesome! So, overall, I wouldn't recommend this to Keurig users, stick with your old one!

love the coffee maker , hate the fact that you cant find the v-cups EVEN HERE. Are you going to be getting more of the v-cups ?

I loved this new Keurg Vue Brewer so much, I bought one for my best friend and her family for Christmas! You can get the Vkups at Target....

Love it after finally giving in
I have hesitated buying a Keurig since they came out especially since I am not a big coffee drinker. My husband is and when our old coffee maker broke we decided to tr this one and I am not disappointed at all! I love the cafe carmel and it makes a great cup of coffee too! I understand the VUE is new and some of the products are limited but I know that will change in time , they are avaialable at Bed Bath and Beyond, office depot and some other local places plus ordering on line too! Glad I purchased it would highly recommend it !

Keurig VUE Brewer
Love this coffee maker. I have used this more than I expected even being a coffee drinker. I love that I can make more than just coffee. I will never go back to regular coffee maker again. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!

Great Product, Except...
This was a gift from my family. I love the machine. The only issues are that the coffee is difficult to find at this point and it would be great to have a re-usable filter.
