Keurig Rivo coffeemaker
When I very first got it man it was working great, but after about 2 weeks into it
I started having major problem with it, I would put the right tempter water in it and it would beep so had to reset it and wait a period of time like two to three weeks before it come back up and than it stop brewing my coffee so call the company and nothing there so now it sit in my kitchen looking pretty nothing more, still have some of the coffee it came with, and now I have to break the package open and put them into my old coffee pot and do my best not you got me once with a bad coffee maker but you will not get me again,
I tell my church meeting ladies to let that stay it is not worthy taken home.
very sad and very under happy with this product, I would advice anyone to get this product.

I bought this for my husband after we made a few trips to Europe and he was smitten by the espresso. I checked out the reviews online (not at QVC) before making the purchase last Xmas. For the price, it cannot be beat. Plus, it is easy to use and has a relatively small footprint in the kitchen. It fits under the upper cabinets. It is easy to clean and is so far pretty durable. No problems 9 months later. He makes espresso and I make cappucinos. The coffee packs are very tasty and can be ordered from Keurig online. I wish I could get them in town. Five stars.
Best espresso machine in the market
I bought this for my fiance last christmas and is definetly the gift that keeps on giving. It has saved us so much $ now that starbucks is not need it and trust me my fiancee is a starbucks addict. It's espresso shots not coffee which is great anf the milk frother is perfect for hot or cold drinks and it works really well with Soy Milk and Almond milk. i myself love making frapuccinos with it and they taste just like starbucks. Great buy and highly recommended. It made me a hero :)
My family loves coffee drinks. I did not want them spending money on toffee drinks at the lil shops around town anymore. So, I bought this keurig. I have been so surprised and please with this machine. It is wonderful. It is great!! We love it. We still have our regular keurig too. But this is, on the side...of course I never have the regular coffee anymore. I am spoiled!!
Great espresso machine and easy too!
I have keurig coffee makers and have been pleased but this espresso maker is great. The person that said the milk was not frothing or hot has a bad machine. They should definitely send theirs back for replacement. I have to cool the milk and coffee a little or I will burn my tongue. I feel like I'm back in Italy having cappuccino for breakfast every morning. It is fast and very good. I add chocolate shavings and cinnamon. The refills are a little expensive but I pay around 50 cents for a very large decaf espresso instead of $6 or $7. My husband was laughing while watching me enjoy my first cup. After he tasted mine, he wanted one too. That was our Valentines/ Anniversary gift to ourselves. It is big for the counter but I use it more than my coffeemaker-
I own just about every type of brewer Keurig makes. My most recent purchase is the Revo. It is a fantastic machine. I used fat free milk to make the frothed milk. It comes out so thick. I must say that every now or then you may get a defective brewer. It happens no matter what you purchase. Keurig has the best customer service dept. I've had problems with my veu brewer. I called Keurig and a replacement was put in the mail to me that same day. I only had to send back the brewer basket within 30 days so I wouldn't be charged for the replacement. Keurig is the best brewer company.
I must admit, I am really happy with the Keurig coffee Maker. The best!! I was a bit hesitant at first because I have tried others and they really didn't work...this one did with the first cup. You don't need to wait...purchase it.
Best Machine EVER!
I bought the RIVO for my wife as a Birthday gift and to break her Starbucks Habit. She Loves the RIVO and has not been to Starbucks since. The RIVO is so easy to use even I can use it and I do. We love making our own creations that taste soooo good and about 1/4 the price of Starbucks. Using Real milk for the froth makes such a difference. I can not say enough good about this machine. Clean-up is easy too. Our neighbor came over and we made her a drink and she had to get her own RIVO. Keep up the good work! One of the BEST Gifts I have given my wife. Thanks.
didn't last 2 months
We got this for Christmas for our household. We had the same observations as many others, the milk doesn't froth much and the milk is only warm, not hot. The coffee continues to drip out of the machine for a minute or so after dispensing the coffee. The drainage from the used Rivo cups in the bin and the dripping makes a lot of coffee standing in the drip tray which needs to be emptied and cleaned and usually results in some spillage for me. My husband is absolutely LOVING having his espresso (he doesn't use the milk) and thoroughly enjoying it so we are willing to put up with the other things. Now today we have the other problem that some folks have described, less than 2 months after buying it, when we turn it on it won't work and we get a continuous loud beep that stays on for two minutes until it times out and shuts itself down. We called Keurig customer service and went through their troubleshooting and they concluded that it had a non-correctable problem. They are sending us a new one and we are sending this one back in the box from the new one. Nice customer service, but not good that this is happening and based on the prior reviews I have read, we aren't the only ones. :(
I received this for christmas and have bee using it every day, its fantastic the machine itself looks good, the taste of the coffee is great, my favorite it is the intenso. The only thing is i wish it had a wider variety of flavor coffee other than that it is an excellent buy.

I have had my first a Keurig for over 10 years. I have been so excited about this Rivo and as soon as I received it today I began to brew my first cup. The espresso decaf and Classico both tasted weak to me and I got no froth with my soy or regular milk. Hmm, warm but not happy. But it's rather fast so I was still hoping it was me and I would get the hang of it. But 4 hrs later I go back to make another cup and the machine will not work. Lights will not stay on and a very loud beep stays on for minutes for finally shutting completely down. Call customer service who goes through all the possible problems and seems to be an internal error. Ok; so maybe this isn't the espresso machine I've been looking for. Maybe you do get what you pay for. Think I will save for the Nespresso. :(
