I have had this coffee maker for a while now. I was honestly afraid it would break after reading some of the other reviews so I waited to write my own. I have not had a single problem with it. It fits all of my larger coffee cups if I just take out the bottom tray and the standard size fit just fine with tray still in. I thought it might be annoying to have to fill it everytime I wanted another cup of coffee but it really has not been that big of a deal. I usually do a couple of other things around the kitchen while I wait for the coffee to finish and it doesn't take very long at all. Overall, I highly recommend it if you're wanting to just start out with Keurig or if you have a small kitchen and the other Keurig's are just too large. I'm actually wanting to invest in one of the larger coffee makers and put this in my guest room or bathroom for when I have company.

Love my Keurig
I purchased the Keurig Personal Coffee Maker two years ago, because I was the only person in the household that liked coffee. I have never had a problem with it and it still works great. I recently upgraded to a larger Keurig and use this one in my office.

dont like
I dont like this coffe maker. I love the one i had before the platinum i bought last year but it went out so i thought i would get another one but smaller but are coffee cups dont even fit under the pot and it takes to long to heat the water. i wish i would of ordered tthe other one.

Love this little brewer!
Did have some trouble with the previous Keurig Personal Brewer (inconsistent brewing - sometimes it worked & sometimes it didn't) - had to return it for an exchange. But the one I have now works like a charm! (I've had this one for 16 months.) If you get one that doesn't work well, return it and try another. My suggestion... keep trying until you get a good one. It's worth the trouble, it really is!! I love my little brewer - it makes wonderful coffee and so fast. And to have the convenience of brewing a fresh cup each time & in whatever flavor you want, it's great! :-)

Not consistant
I bought this for Christmas, and I would not buy one again. The water I put in doesn't always toatally drain through, so than the next cup is to full or will run over. I would not buy one again.

Love~
I have wanted this for a long time... It is so easy, convenient & perfect size for my small apartment... I have had no problems with this, as I use filter water like it states... I just followed every suggestion in the booklet... Being able to use my own coffee is great. w/the m k cup that is included... I am happy that I purchased this~ thanks QVC~

Revolutionary Little Coffee Maker
I bought this to replace my KitchenAid coffee maker I had for years because I broke the glass cup that stores the coffee made and it could not be replaced because it is a discontinued product. I am glad I did because it has revolutionized the way I drink coffee and tea now. It makes the perfect cup every time that is not too hot, but just hot enough to drink right away. Also Keurig has great customer service reps that will answer any questions or issues you have with your product.

Great little coffee maker
Ours has been going strong since fall 2011! We love it. I recently did the de-scale thing with white vinegar, and it works just fine with no after taste. I do not know what everyone is complaining about.

Leaks-not worth the deal. Get the bigger model
We bought this for our office and thought that the size would be perfect, for the amount of coffee drinkers; plus it came with a great pack of pods. But the whole unit leaks. Leaks out the bottom, leaks on side. Poorly made. Go for the bigger model...dont waste your money on this cheap one. We are sending our backs!

Wish the machine would last longer!
I have the original "Mini Brewer" which I use at my place of business which I purchases thru QVC.(Love it and haven't had any problems with it.)*So I decided to purchase(fromQVC) another of this model brewer for my home,but they changed to the "Mini Brewer Plus" model. 1.)The first Mini Brewer started having problems before 1 year had gone by.-Called Keurig customer service,they sent me a NEW one at no charge & I sent them the defective one.-2.)Then 1 year later I have problems with the 2nd one!!**Called Keurig again,they sent me a new brewer.Keurig customer service people have been very friendly and helpful,but I said to them,"I hope this one lasts longer!" I will give the new brewer one more chance,and if this happens again I will call Keurig,but I will not want the same model again!!!!(Note:KEURIG SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH THEIR ORIGINAL MINI BREWER?!)

Unhappy
I purchased this, loved it at first. Had Nothing but problems. I am FINALLY going to trash it this am after getting up and really wanting some coffee. It does make really good coffee BUT it stops up easily. In the trash it goes and I will NEVER order another. Don't waste your money. Google the reviews on this product and you will see I am not the only unhappy owner of a Keurig. Keurig, please work out the kinks because the coffee is awesome.
