Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not dependable You might get a full cup. You might not. This is a moody, frustrating machine. Stopped working twice. Hubby was able to get it going again. Won't pour two full cups from one full container of water. If I want 2 cups, I have to add more water after the first cup pours. . I'm going back to my little "personal size" one. Never had a problem with it. I just felt I wanted a little bit bigger one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed! I ordered this model to change from one I was already using and liked but I wanted one with the resevoir on the side thinking it would be easier to fill. This was a good deal (or so I thought) with all the extras except most of the extras were missing in my order. I only received 6 pods and was given a measly $5 credit. Now, not only does it continue to "drip" after it's finished brewing, it makes a loud obnoxious noise for a few seconds that my other one never did. Also, it will not brew even the smallest cup when there is less than a quarter of the resevoir full. So annoying! I will probably just go back to using my old one and just pitch this one. What a waste of money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT AS GOOD AS PRIOR MODELS very disappointed, this model lasted just over a month before not preforming as directed. I push the button for a Mug size cup of coffee, and get an expresso size, if that, plus its just made 75% cheaper. not as well as earlier models, scratches very easy. not happy at all with this Keurig.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT ITEM AND LOVE THE EXTRAS BOUGHT THIS AS MY DAUGHTER MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO HER ILLNESS. I USE IT FOR HOT WATER FOR MY TEA OR TO MAKE ICE TEA. SHE IS THE COFFEE DRINKER. THIS WORKS GREAT. HAVE HAD IT FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND LOVE IT. GREAT PRICE.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked for awhile... I got this in August & it worked fine for 3 months when I had to put it in storage - cleaned & dried. Just fired it back up, cleaned, descaled. and.......nothing! I called Keurig trouble shooting & she talked me thru cleaning the needle. Finally got water, but sprayed everywhere! Then she decides the pod they sent was universal & not Keurig! It didn't even match what was in the manual! Filter that came with the pod has flown the coop, so they're sending me the correct one. Not funny, QVC!
