Rated 1 out of 5 by from DISAPPOINTED IN QVC I just received this Keurig and one look at the box told me I was not the first person to receive it. The shipping box had been opened and taped over. The Keurig box had been opened and not reclosed properly. (I have had 3 Keurigs over the years and the boxes were properly closed and taped when I received them.) The clincher was when I lifted the coffeemaker out of the box. It had water in the reservoir and water was dripping off of it!! Why would QVC think I would want a Keurig that someone else had used and returned? This was not an "AS IS" purchase. This is going back and I do not want to exchange for another one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not very mobile I like the new fingerprint free finish and the different cup sizes and strength but the length in the cord is a BIG drawback. Due to the shortness I can't use it in as many different places in my kitchen as my old Keurig. Not sure I'm going to keep it because of this. I wouldn't recommend it -but- if you don't need a long cord this maybe the one for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So Disappointed!!!! I just received my new keurig. The water reservoir was much smaller than they claimed, it’s made out of cheap plastic, and the twelve ounce button is absolutely no bigger than the 10 ounce button! It took 3/4 of the water in the reservoir to make one cup of tea! Ridiculous!! Going back tomorrow! Keurig get it together. You definitely have enough money to make a better product than this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheaply Made Was really disappointed about how cheaply made this looks and is. This must be my sixth Keurig - I had one before anybody else had ever heard of them. The real reason I bought this was I wanted a red one. I had one years ago that stopped working; Keurig sent me out a new one but they didn’t have red and sent me a black one. I remember my first one was heavy and mostly metal. Yes this is a smaller footprint but the quality is just not there. I’m going to keep it for a few days and try it but it might be going back! I’m not throwing out my old black one yet!!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not hot enough!! When this was on as a TSV I heard a question on how hot the water is when it comes out. The answer given was 192 degrees. I just received mine today and tested it, Made a cup if coffee in a mug and it was only 142 degrees and by the time you add cream and the coffee heats up the mug the temp drops more and then your putting it in the microwave to heat it up again . The only reason I bought it was my other Keurig I bought at QVC brews at the same temp and I wanted it to be hotter. I also notice like other reviewers noticed that the water level drops more quickly and you need to added water more frequently. But my biggest concern was the water temp.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have been a Keurig user for many years. My old Keurig is about seven years old and I thought I'd treat myself to an upgrade and get the K-Select. Big mistake!! The water reservoir is ridiculously small and the plastic that the machine is made of is light weight, flimsy and cheaply made. Very disappointed. I'll keep using my K-Classic until it dies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase This was just wanted I needed. I have a single serve Keurig, but my husband has terrible eye site and would miss pouring the water into the unit. With the water tank he doesn't have to worry about filling the unit. I will say the coffee is really hot so be careful. I purchased the blue and love the color. The water filter, my k-cup and coffee pods just add to the value.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have been looking for another Keurig and I thought I would try this one. Well, when I got it I was very disappointed. It did make a good cup of coffee and I liked the strong cup button but the part that held the water had to be filled half way otherwise the blue light would stay in saying I had to add more water. Plus, it was made very cheap. So much cheap plastic and with the Keurig I have now mine was made so much better. I sure hope they don't starting making them cheap now because I will be very upset. This went back....I'll keep looking for what I want.
