Great idea poor manufacturing We just thought this was an answer to throwing coffee away when we can't drink all of it. Too much money for a machine that didn't work right out of the box. We gave it a try. The magnet never worked for the water container and we had to use a magnet that we had or it wouldn't acknowledge the water level. Finally after struggling for a year we threw it away. A waste of money. 02-17-13
do not buy, it stops working after about 25 single times of making a cup of coffee...unit stopped pumping/brewing. I looked at website of Keurig and tried all the suggestions and it did not work. I wrote support and never got a response. the same thing happened to my daughter a year earlier and she also had not used the device much. now, both of us have K cups wasting and won't be able to use because I would never, ever buy a Keurig again. waste of my time, money and calm feelings. I will go back to Senseo. 01-26-13
Mixed feelings I have had a Keurig for the past 9 years my first one was the best and lasted the longest. In the past 2 years I have had 4 replacemets. In case you don't know it when you purchase a Keurig you need to register it, if the machine stops working call the help line and if it's within the warrenty they send you a new one free of charge. I called about a month and a week ago and got a replacement and last week it stopped working so called them and said the replacement didn't work so there sending me another replacement. I have had 4 replacements this will be my 5th. They really stand behind their product. I use filterd water, clean it as recommended and only brew 1 cup a day so why do they break so often, I don't know. But I do know I love the coffee maker and the coffee so will put up with having them send me a new maker when they don't work. Loving my maker in K-Flls 12-20-12
My new brewing system I am so delighted with my new system. My first one died as a result of hurricane sandy and had to do without coffee until it was replaced. I'm so pleased with the system that I'm buying one for my son and his family. Bravo QVC. 12-04-12
Better than ever! Our old B60 recently died, well not completely but close enough, the signs were there. We debated replacing it with the new B70 but thought better of it because my almost 90 year old mother loves and understands the B60. It is simple for her. Our only complaint (if you call it that) is that it can be a little noisy. But we ordered the B60 replacement anyway. I AM THRILLED!!!! Not only does it have the larger water capacity but IT IS SO QUIET!!! I am in love again. Others have said this is too expensive to have it break down every few years (4 in our case). Well I think you are crazy. We love this machine, I don't worry about my mother putting cups of water in the microwave any more. I love the convenience and the savings by not throwing out unused coffee. We are sold, and won't be without one EVER! 11-30-12
wonderful This machine is awesome. You just need to get the USERVE filter. It works so great with this machine. I threw one machine away thinking it was the fault. The My K Cup just doesn't do right. Try the other one and you'll see a huge difference in the way your coffee brews. I am so glad I found the USERVE, it has really changed my opinion of the Keurig. I wouldn't change for the world. 11-25-12
Expensive Mistake Buying this coffee maker was a huge expensive mistake. We are on our third one and it still mis-cups and barely brews coffee. We have been on the phone a lot with Keurig and all they tell you is to run vinegar through the unit and use a paper clip to clear the hole that dispenses the water. 'Does not work!!! We also bought their expensive filters and they don't work. The only reason we still have one is to try and use up the expensive K-cups! I would not recommend this coffee make to anyone. Think twice before buying. 11-23-12
Love My Keurig!!! At first I thought spending this much for a coffee maker was ridiculous but now ...I can not live without my keurig! Choose this one because it had the timer, temperature control and 3 different cup sizes. Love the fact that it is already warmed up and ready to go when I wake up in the morning, was surprised at how much I actually use it through out the day as well. It's just sooo simple! Yes, I still think the k-cups are a little expensive but I'll pay the extra anyday! 11-10-12
great item Our keurig quit working right and my husband called the company and customer service walked him thru some steps to see if they could get it working. She could her it not pumping water. Keurig sent us a brand new one at no cost to us. GREAT COMPANY! Will always buy from them. They care about the customers. 11-07-12
well ..almost love it I ask why they would put the power switch on the back!! Every time it is used ..you pull it out away from the wall and then have to push it back in again... 10-28-12
done I've been a HUGE Keurig fan for years and passionate about it to others. I've made the company a lot of money with my recommendations. My mom bought this one for me as a gift a few years ago and it worked great until June. Ever since it has been a daily battle of frustration each morning. Yesterday it took 11 minutes to make one cup of OK coffee. I finally called Keurig today after doing every single online tutorial to "fix" it. I also did others I found online elsewhere. They offered to send a replacement of this model for about $100. Um, no thank you. I have pulled out my trusty drip coffee maker I've had for 15 years. It cost $10 and still works great. As much as I love the Keurig concept, they cost too much to replace every two years. So disappointing. 10-27-12
Great/Reliable Brewer I have had this particular Keurig brewer since it was a TSV in Fall of 2008. My brewer just keeps on working after 4 years of hard use. I am always interested in the newer updated versions, but cannot justify the purchase when this one continuously works well. Occasionally the prong that punctures the kcups gets blocked ( maybe once a year after making hot chocolate) as the grains clog it. All that I do is unplug my brewer and using a dental pick,VERY carefully clean it ( need to use a magnifying glass or reading glasses to see well) and take care not to break off the dental pick. Then it is back to making GREAT coffee! Once you make the move to this kind of brewer, you will never go back------As they say: " Best Thing Since Sliced Bread"!!! Greenhydrangea 10-25-12
