Good workout but def not kettlebells
The price was excellent so I decided to dive-in. This is definitely not a kettlebell workout, it's only a 4lb weight afterall. What it is tho, is a great cardio workout. The routines incorporate a number of kettlebell like moves with a lighter weight. I worked up a tremendous sweat and I have done kettlebell workouts with a 25lb and a 10lb kettlebell so I was happy. I was sore for days working muscles in a different way. I easily burned over 500 calories in my first 40 minute workout, I was completely out of breath and took several breaks to catch my breath. If you are looking for a workout to get you started into the world of kettlebells, this is a great introduction. Once you get stronger you can move up to a 5lb or 10lb kettlebell.
what a thorough program they put together! the bell is great, cd's are easy to follow. i am enjoying my product very much.
I STARTED KELLENETICS WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT IT WAS BACK IN JULY AND FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY I SWEAT LIKE A PIG. I REALLY FELT IT RIGHT AWAY AND LOVE IT. MY ARMS ARE FIRMER, MY HIPS ARE NARROWER AND HIPS DON'T LIE GIRLS. THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE DVD, THIS IS THE GYM IN YOUR OWN LIVING ROOM. MICHELLE KAI EXPLAINES ALL THE STEPS CLEARLY AND DOES THE WORK OUT WITH YOU VERY SLOWLY.
PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUED THIS PROGRAM OR U WILL BE HAVING SOME UNHAPPY QVIES.

I held off on writing a review because I wanted to give good, honest feedback about the product. I've been using it for about a month, and prior to using this set, I had never used a kettlebell or really understood what it was.
My advice?? DO IT!!! If you have the chance to buy a kit like this in the future, do it!!! You wont be disappointed. This is definitely a starter kit, meaning if you're used to 20lb+ kettlebells, I doubt you'll enjoy this set. I however, love it!! Each workout is fun, challenging, and while some moves certainly do move at a fast pace, I dont try to keep up -- i'd injure myself so I go at my own pace WHICH IS WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO!!! With any exercise program involving weights, you work at your own speed, not at what the instructor is doing.
I love the encouragement Michelle gives on her workouts, and tells you to "get your sexy on" and makes the DVD fun, not cold and boring and routine. its FUNNN!!!
I'm fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear in years. I feel fabulous, I feel strong, and I feel like I can really stick with the program which is an entirely new concept for me! :-)
Impossibly fast moves
I have many exercise dvds that I use on a semi regular basis. I'm always looking for new (different) dvds to keep myself motivated. I just gave Stephanie Huckabee's dvd's 1 star because they were so boring. I'm giving this 1 star because when she goes up to tempo, the moves are too fast and uncontrolled. If I did them that fast, I would injure myself. I go at half speed and it seems like it could get the results I want from this workout (Losing my muffin top!) but I rarely use this workout as it's not much fun when the instructor sets an impossibly fast pace that you can't keep up with. And I don't consider myself exactly a beginner.
I know that this set is about to leave the Q because it's on clearance, but I just wanted to thank Michelle for the great workout. I've done lots of DVD workouts at home, and I really love this one!! She gets a great workout in without yelling, jumping, or general craziness found in other workout programs. I found her workout easy to follow, and her manner very comforting and encouraging--she always seemed to know when I was tired!! Love it, and can't wait order the next one she comes out with, hopefully soon :)
I have never looked so good.
This is the best system. I have two children and felt like I would never get my figure back. I have been working other systems for a year now and felt ok but they were nothing like Kettlenetics. I have definition in my arms and my mid section, my outter thighs are gone and my bottom is firming up. I have only been using this system since June and I have seen such great results. I look forward to exercising. Michelle is easy to listen to and motivating. You will not be sorry if you purchase this system. I hope Michelle and QVC will be putting together another advanced system in the future.
Total Body Workout
I am so happy with this purchase. It is definitely a total body conditioning program. The first workout "Flow Motion" is a 20 minute workout and it took me about 2 weeks to get through the whole thing. I feel great, it is wonderful for cardio and using the kettlebell just adds to the effectiveness of the program. Can't wait to move on to the other 2 DVDs that are included. In a few months, I will increase the weight of the kettlebell and keep on flowing...
Love these videos
This is my first time trying a kettlebell and the concept is great. You just have to get gloves because the handle does get slippery when you sweat. Otherwise it's a great workout. I use it with my other videos for variety and I'm seeing results in my core already.
Can't believe I got it at Clearance!
I enjoy variety and wanted something else that would shock my body with different movements. Well, this is it! Great work out. I enjoy the ability to physically tone my body without the expense of a gym membership. It is challenging and invigorating - and I got it at Clearance!!!
EXCELLENT, CHALLENGING WORKOUT
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! I have a pilates and love that and do free weights, but needed something else... something different... this is different and extremely effective. I did the upper body last night (10 minute) and it was amazing. I can't wait to see the results... I've only done it for three days! I look forward to doing it every day!
Easy and Fast Workout!
Have been doing this for about 8 weeks now and really like it. I hate to exercise and this is the only program I have ever stuck with. It is easy to do and goes by quickly. My favorite is the 20 minute Flow Motion Basics DVD because it is a good overall workout in a short amount of time. I have noticed a difference in my body and will continue with it. Also, I have read several recent articles on what a great workout kettlebells can provide.
