Rated 5 out of 5 by janjanjan A superb craftsman's ring..
I have it on now and usually wear it each day , mainly because it is so EASY to wear, so comfortable, beside being the great Indian art that Kenneth is so known for..I have so many of his pieces..Actually, that is the only type of jewelry that I do wear, Indian art...I wish I had the mind that could remember the stories behind all the symbols that adorn the various pieces of fine Indian jewelry I have..But some I do...But I do remember him saying this little turtle was a fun turtle...And he's raised a little but very smooth...Doesn't catch on a thing...Love my little turtle...Thanks , Kenneth for sharing with us your art...

The low-profile on this beauty makes it a great everyday ring. It won't get in the way of anything and gloves slide right on. It's an interesting piece of art to wear on your hand!

I have been on Waitlist for this particular ring for some time. I own the Kenneth Johnson matching bracelet which I think is completely sold out on QVC. Being that the bracelet is a stunning work of art, I had to have the ring. I will be up front about the fact that the ring appears larger on air. However, be still my heart, when I slid the ring on my finger I was instantly in love. This ring does not shout "turtle", but you know that it is there. (A side note for those who just want a gorgeous ring) The twisting of the silver on the band is stellar, especially because I bought it for my index finger and it shows off beautifully. Comfort, comfort, comfort! Beyond pleased with my purchase! More Kenneth Johnson and more Native American designers like QVC used to do in the past.

This ring is more beautiful than in the pics or videos. Very nice. Not huge. Love the water pattern on the sides. Doesn't catch on clothing etc. Wear it everyday. One of my favorite purchases on qvc.

I received this ring today and it's much prettier than I expected. Years ago QVC had this ring Kenneth made with silver and copper. I wish I had bought that one; it was special. So, rather than miss another of his turtle rings I ordered this one.
It fits me true to size. In strong light the turtle is a little hard to see. It looks like a Roman shield. But in dimmer light I have no trouble seeing the turtle. I have the matching cuff, which I where all the time. I have caught myself wearing a turquoise ring when doing dishes. This ring will be my everyday, do anything ring. I love it.
Rated 5 out of 5 by pearlygirl Very comfortable ring
This ring is a nice weight, not ultra heavy but very sturdy, and so comfortable due to the slender band. I agree with the person who said it resembles a cigar band ring. In person the design is not so black and white, and the turtle is not so pronounced, but it has a lot of texture and I prefer it to the online photo. I really like the curving of the "shield," rather than having it coin-flat. I only wish I could have gotten it in a larger size to wear on a center finger, but I'll wear this often without the worry of stones falling out or damage. It's a great everyday piece.

This ring is beautifully textural, with the raised turtle in the center and the tiny seed shapes around the perimeter. It looks like a primitive shield, and the ring itself also resembles a turtle's shell in its overall shape. I like that it isn't obviously a turtle ring. It's more mysterious and subtle than that -- you kind of have to look for the turtle. The ring is low profile, hugging the finger in a sleek, artsy way. Although this isn't a huge ring, there is plenty of silver here. The swirled, braided look band is unique and interesting as well. I love Kenneth's Johnson's work, with its intricate detail and stamping, and have several of his other pieces.

Very comfortable ring to wear. The "medallion" look is different than any of the other rings I own--which I like. The turtle is subtle--it is not as oxidized as it looks in the online pictures. I'm so glad I bought it.
