shoulder strap love the bag but must carry in hand as shoulder strap is all wrong. bag won't hang right the fabric is lovely feels all soft and mushey i love the feel. I will keep but don't recommend if u want to wear on shoulder. I hope they use this fabric in a better hagging tote. 04-07-13
Adorable, but shoulder strap a no-go Wow, I love the look of this bag. Got the "natural" and thought it would be the perfect carry-on bag. Would work okay if you just plan to use the handles, but the shoulder strap is short and causes the corners of bag to fold over. Wasn't comfortable to carry and looked funny. Really is a cute bag and loads of space, but not functional for me so going back. 03-24-13
