You must be joking!
Got this bag today in black. While I think it is fairly attractive it is NOT even worth the clearance price. I had put all my things in it and was trying to convince myself that I liked it. Then I realize that the pocket on the bag is not an actual pocket but has two huge openings which allows anything that you put into the "pocket" to end up between the lining and the wall of the purse. Amazing that something that poorly constructed would be labeled "luxury". Truly laughable. Coming right back to you, QVC!

FINALLY FOUND A KEEPER
I TOOK A CHANCE ON THIS ONE AFTER SENDING SOME OF HER BAGS BACK. I FEEL LIKE HER BAGS ARE GETTING HARDER TO FIND THAN BEFORE, AT LEAST IN MY AREA. I GOT THE BLACK & WHITE AS I AM OBSESSED WITH ANIMAL PRINT RIGHT NOW. MINE HAD NO SMELL AND LOOKS AND FEELS VERY SIMILAR TO LEATHER. I DID CUT SOME FRINGE OFF AND I LIKE IT BETTER THAT WAY.IT WAS A LITTLE TOO MUCH. I COULD NOT FIND ANY IN THE STORES THAT WERE EVEN CLOSE TO THIS STYLE.I WAS AFRAID IT MAY TOO BIG BUT IT'S NOT. I DID REVIEW HER ZIPPER SATCHEL A 219295 AND THOUGHT I WOULD KEEP IT BUT THE ZIPPERS ON THE SIDES WERE JUST AWFUL AND RETURNED IT. LIKE THIS ONE MUCH BETTER:)

Great Bag, Love The Large Size
Beautiful Bag, I bought The Birch. The Only Thing I found that I didn't like was the large amount of Fringe. We just cut off 1/2 of fringe off. I have received a lot of compliments!!

Disappointed with the material and features
This bag material was not seam well which made it look cheezy. Looks like glue-on either than sewn with matching bag color. Would have like to see an inside zipper compartment for easy access to find things. The pockets on the outside would do no good without zippers or snaps to secure your possessions. I returned the bag QUICK! JCPenney makes better handbags!!! But I'll stick with Coach when I want something that will last and look fabulous for years to come.

This bag in taupe goes with everything, I just love it, I have gotten many complements.

Nothing too bad!
I love large bags, was looking for one too carry everyday.First of all I do have quite a few of Kathys bags, This is different! There was a small amount of black glue on the side of the bag, but my bag was also black,the only person who would know its there would be me. If the fringe had not laid down it would have been returned,the fringe on the side was one of the things that led me to buy it in the first place, different!. So I encased the fringe on both sides in aluminum foil,laid it down flat to side of bag,put in a tight bag overnight,the next day it was flat and not as stiff.Otherwise it would have went back! Now I love the bag, many compliments!

Wonderful bag!
Beautiful bag! Great size, looks like leather. Mine had no smell at all. You will not be disappointed with this if you purchase it!! I bought the birch - great neutral! I love the silvertone hardware.

DISAPOINTED.....
I don't know where to begin. When I first saw the bag before I took out of plastic was my best opinion of the bag. I didnt notice right away until I was on my way to work but the handle was discolored and looked like was taken off a 20 year old bag. Even my fiancee sd that looks terrible. The fringe felt like coated cardboard and was peeling. The material of the bag itself felt like coated paper. I was already on my way to work and couldn't do anything about it but I was embarrassed to walk into work with this bag. Was returned that same day. LUXURY? NOT...LONG WAY TO GO. Until Kathy returns to original quality. I wont be purchasing ..Oh the 1 star is for the design itself.

Had to return
I loved the style and the topaz color...but.....the material on the fringe was peeling when I received. So disappointed. I've been disappointed in her new line of bags. Much prefer the old KVZ.

Stiching Problem
I returned the bag only because that stiching was coming undone near name plate.
I would have kept it if the stiching was not like it was

My New Fav KVZ!
I purchased this in the black white multi.......LOVE IT!!! The fringe is awesome, and it definetaly isn't stiff after a few days of using. The strap is comfortable, the drop length is perfect! I dont use the front pockets, but I love the cell phone pocket. And even though I still somewhat cringe at the thought of wearing white after Labor Day, but this purse is so visually interesting, it doesnt even matter! Dont hesitate!

Sooo Disappointing
I bought this as a OTO. When the bag came, my mom had become very ill, and was in the hospital for 5 weeks. By the time I opened the package, it was too late to return it. For the price paid, the quality was not there. I bought the topaz and liked the color, but that was all. The material was very stiff feeling, and the hardware very cheap looking. This was my second purchase of the KVZ line, and the last purchase. Both bags were disappointing. I thought the luxury line might be improved over the other bag I purchased, but I was wrong. Sorry Kathy, and QVC, that I could not write a better review about this product.
