i love these flats
These are very very comfy flats when they arrived they did have a smell but that went away after a day i think its the glue they use for snake skinn. Also they do run a tad big. I ordered my normal size and rhey were roomy. But i would not deter from my normal size unless u r right on the cusp of one size i would go down to smaller size. But i love love love them so comfortable and cute. They look great with leggings and in fall or winter looks gteat with black tights and a skirt or leggings awsome

Darling shoe but horrible smell
I am just sick about this shoe. It is amazingly cute and comfortable, but it smells terrible. I left them outside for 2 days trying to see if the odor would go away (I can't imagine my feet smelling like these shoes), but it didn't even reduce the odor. They smell like some strong chemical. Sadly and I do mean sadly, they are going back.

Cute shoe - but VERY disappointed!
Sandra Bennett encouraged ordering up 1/2 size. So I ordered 8 1/2 M (my normal enclosed shoe size) and 9 M just to be sure. Arrived 8.8.11 and I tried on the 9 first - SO BIG, I could get two fingers in at the back of the heel....and I could get one in easily on the 8 1/2!!! The return shipping is eating me alive, but I wanted these so badly! I don't even know what to exchange for now, becuz I think the sizing is dramatically OFF! So it's just a return fee with nothing to show for it! When hosts tell us to do something different, I think they should have several different people try their normal size and not give a recommendation unless they can see that the product is "off" in size for at least six different sizes! I don't blame Sandra, but it was a bum steer!
