Too greasy! Made me breakout with huge pimples and I am 46 yrs. old. Very disappointed especially since it was so costly!

Best Treatment Ever
I love this!! I am 50 years old and started to see fine lines and my neck started to get creepy! This helps so much and I have tried many creams!!! I use the Exfolikate in the am and love love my skin

Definitely NOT for Sensitive Skin
I REALLY wanted to love this stuff as I heard the brand was amazing. However, after using it for a few days, I had severe bout of pimples all over my face. I tried several more times with the same results. This product is definitely not for sensitive skin.
Kate....please consider making a retinol product for people who break out from heavy moisturizers.

#1 Retinol Product!
I had purchased and used this a few times with good results but quit using it after reading some of the negative reviews. Tried Dr. Gross & a few other Retinol products in the meantime but didn't like them. I kept listening to Kate talk about this whenever she was on air and decided to start using again. I appreciate Kate's honesty about how to use this ( as well as other Somerville products). She said that she personally had sensitive skin and only used every other day. I have always considered myself to have sensitive skin. I have extremely fair skin & burn easily in the sun and have to be choosy about skincare and find this product to be fantastic! I use DermalQuench after cleansing followed by RetAsphere every other night and wake up with the most fabulous clear, soft skin in the morning! I do use a small amount of CytoCel too but only because I feel strange not using a regular moisturizer. I'm 52 yrs old & am so happy to finally have a Retinol to use regularly. If I get lazy and skip using this I notice a difference in my skin. I love to use ExfoliKate the morning after using this (thanks Kate for the suggestion!) alternating with the Clinic to Go resurfacing pads so that I use each twice a week. Deep Tissue Repair creme is the best follow-up moisturizer. Needless to say I love Kate Somerville products!

Miracle Product!
This has taken a full 5 years off my face. I take good care of my skin, but I need something 'more' for my forehead lines. I use this as a targeted treatment in conjunction with Kate's moisturizers. I simply apply a small dab to my forehead lines, 11's, crows feet, mouth parentheses, and a of couple acne scars. ALL have been greatly reduced, some virtually erased, by this product! No breaking out, no redness at all... Because this is a Retinol product, I use sunscreen during the day and stay out of the sun whenever possible.

I was patient...and it's a keeper
Okay, I had a pretty rough start with this product--red blotches and peeling. I was ready to send it back after the first week. I never thought of myself as having sensitive skin, but after weeks of trial and error, I've figured out that I can use this about once a week. I've notice improvement in my crows feet and in the texture of my skin. It's been about six weeks since I purchased this, and I will not hesitate to reorder. I wanted to give this a fair shake before I reviewed it, and am I glad I did.

What a difference!
I use this product every other night and have seen a noticeable difference in my skin in a short period of time! I expected sensitivity and redness, but there was none. I had a very faint line across my forehead that is now gone. I had those little bumps on my forehead that are clogged pores that I usually have lasered by my dermatologist and even those are gone. My pores are less noticeable. My face looks even and toned. What can I say? This is product WORKS!

Maybe For You . . . But Not For Me
I loved the way it felt on my face the first time I used it....I was "hopeful". However, I have VERY sensitive skin and the next day I had blemishes. I sent it back after using once. I would not recommend this if you suffer with a sensitive skin issue like I have.

Surprised...Delighted
I am always skeptical about anti-aging, age reversing, etc., claims for skin products. However, I am a believer about this one. Based on some of the reviews and my very sensitive skin, I thought I wouldn't be able to use it every night or that I'd initially suffer irritiation...wrong. I wake up with very soft skin and I am starting to see my lines and wrinkles fading. I'm impressed...and I'm not easily impressed by beauty products. This cream is like magic! (You'll see below that I'm not recommending it as a gift, however, only because I don't think it's appropriate to select skin care for someone.)

not for me
I have been trying to use this for over a month. I started out slow as suggested in the presentation, only twice a week. And then tried cutting back to once a week. It seems that several days after each treatment I experience a few days of really bad peeling and red patches. I give up, I can't go around looking like this anymore. I am just going to use up the tube on a scar on my arm and hope it peels a few layers of that off. :-/

Love this product!!!
I have very dry, sensitive skin and this retinol by Kate Somerville is the absolute best night treatment for me. When I wake in the morning my skin is dewy and very hydrated. I've noticed a diminishing of acne scars on my cheeks and reduction of my crows feet. I truly can't say enough about RetAsphere. It is the greatest!

Wonderous Results
I have seen the results in my skin - my pores have reduced. My skin looks younger. I am amazed at the difference.
