Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great eye balm, horrible packaging! I really like this eye balm, works great as a morning product for puffiness. But I must say, horrible twist tube! This is the second one that does not twist up. First one I needed it so I dealt with it by scooping it out. This second one is same, and not sure I will buy it from QVC again. My previous ones from Sephora were fine. So I can assume it's the QVC stock that's bad. Shame cause I like the easy pay but not worth it if I can't use the package the way it's supposed to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does Not "Glide" i didn't like this product at all. It tugs at your under eye area when putting it on because it doesn't glide. It doesn't absorb well and leaves the area sticky so when I smile, it exacerbates any lines. Overall, terrible experience for me. I used it a few days thinking it just needed to get started, and then it would glide, but that didn't happen. I just couldn't keep tugging like that at the skin under my eyes trying to apply it, so sent it back. Sliding your finger over and applying it that way might work better, but the purpose of it was to have this easy applicator. People seem to love her goat milk moisturizer by the reviews, so had high hopes for this. Dashed!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Eye balm Just received today. Will have to return as the container does not advance and the balm does not push up. Tried using with a brush and the balm seems to hydrate, just alot of money paid for it not to work and the trouble to have to return it.
