Rated 5 out of 5 by from DON'T GET BAD REVIEWS Both me and husband love these !!! They are very tasty and cook up in a flash. I don't get all the bad reviews unless maybe they were cooked to much. This is Sirloin after all not Filet and Sirloin is never the most tender of meats but is is tasty. I cook them in a 375* oven for 37 minutes and they come out perfect. I would recommend them to all, as a matter of fact I think they are better than the Wellingtons made with Filet. Sorry but I just can't agree with, or quite honestly understand all of the bad reviews.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful! Ordered these in Sept. thinking I would save and serve as something special and yummy for the holidays. Well, cooked them exactly as the directions stated. They were a big clump of soggy doughy pastry, would not brown, the "filet" was not one piece of meat, but two thin pieces stacked on top of each other, there fore they cooked to quickly and were not medium rare. Taste of just the meat (could not eat pastry at all) and mushroom was blah. I am really surprised because have had other meats from Kansas City that were wonderful. Lesson learned here......DO NOT ORDER THESE!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor quality I have ordered from Kansas City steak but this is the first I have ordered Kansas City from QVC. The crust was very good the sauce was also very flavorful but the Sirloin was of very poor quality. We could not eat the meat it was a lot of gristle. Sorry this was a big miss for QVC.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from sirloin wellingtons So disappointed. Not what I thought we were ordering. Will not order from Kansas City Steak , very tough and not a lot of flavor.Buyers need to do random testing before getting a "Q" approval.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not enjoy! I've had Wellingtons both from Kansas City Steak Co. as well as in restaurants. Believe me, it did not come with pieces of meat piled on top of each other for the steak! Plus, they were hard to chew and tasteless. Mushroom sauce and pastry were okay but that's not what I paid the price for!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissappointed! I love Kansas City Steak company. This is first time I've ordered sirloin Wellington. They were supposed to be individually vacuumed packed and were not! All 6 pastries were at one end smashed together and frozen that way. It is impossible to separate them to cook only 2 and bake them without filling oozing out in pan. I stopped my auto ship. Called and got my money refunded. I'm sure they are delicious. Will try again if they ensure the issue is fixed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed First problem was when they were not individually vacuum sealed. I ate one and was pleased with the product. The second one I prepared I was terribly disappointed. The pastry and mushrooms were great but the steak was nothing but grizzle. I couldn't chew the meat and had to throw it away. I've bought many Kansas City meat products and thus is very substandard. I can't wait to see what happens with the next one I prepare. I'm trying to eat then before freezer burn sets in since they're no shrink wrapped like other products. QVC and Kansas City I know you can do better.
