Rated 3 out of 5 by Barbie47 Way too much seasoning
Had this for company dinner on Sunday and very one complained about how peppery this tasted. The meat itself was tender and delicious if you could get past the pepper. I still have 1 more and will cut off the top seasoning before cooking. Wish they offered without seasoning.

Omg, I loved everything about these. The flavor and tenderness are just right for my taste palette. Hope they bring back the lower price and offer forever auto ship. Are you listening Kansas City Steak Company?

The meat was delicious but the seasoning was much to much. I would rather put the seasoning on myself. When preparing the next roast, I'll cut the seasoned part off before cooking.

Easy to cook, followed directions and sirloin roast came out perfect. Roast was very tender and perfectly seasoned. Great dinner and family loved it. Will order again.
Rated 1 out of 5 by WTW Leave the Seasoning to me
I guess I didn't realize that the roast was already seasoned. Usually with Kansas City steaks and roasts the seasoning packet came separate, especially when I ordered the Original category meat. This allows me to add only as much as I want. Unfortunately this seasoning was so strong it wasn't pleasant to eat, and you couldn't wash it off it was soaked in.
Kansas City Steak please leave the Original category of your products plain and provide the seasoning separately.

Tender but lacks flavor. I would not reorder this item

Served at a Family Dinner. The meat was tender, but all said it was too salty on the spice rub. One can always add salt if desired. The inside was excellent.

Ordered the garlic and herb, was moist and tender. Thought it could have used more garlic, not enough for my taste. Cooked it on 400* for 30 minutes, perfect medium rare. I might like this even better than the prime rib. Will order again, might try the other flavor.
