Rated 1 out of 5 by from BAD, TOUGH, BLOODY Was tired of throwing my money away at the grocery store hoping for good meat so I threw it away on this! Never again. I could have gone out for lobster dinner. I was excited to finally get the box and thawed out a steak for dinner. I cooked it according to directions and it was too tough to eat. Great! Why didn't I just go out to dinner? Now I'm stuck with meat that I have to cook on the crockpot...or give away. I hope 6-8 hours will make it chewable. No more food orders for me. It's not like you can return it, right? I wish I could! Incredible amount of blood!! The package was full of blood. The steak bled all over the plate before I cooked it because I don't cook cold meat. Then it had a faint blood taste to the meat. So, I don't know, but I won't order meat again. I'll order lobster or crab cakes maybe next time I have money to throw away.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unhappy with the product The first two steaks we cooked, mine was fine but hubby's was tough. Second cooking, both just okay and on the dry side. Tried marinating on the third time and while it helped some there was still nothing special about the steaks. I just cancelled the auto delivery option this morning, since neither of us are happy with the product. Seems like it is still best to go to the grocery store for meats ... then the butcher can assist with selection and cut to any special request re thickness or size..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works for me Maybe I got a "good" batch, but I found the steaks very flavorful and extremely tender. In fact, I was sorry I didn't get on auto-delivery. Maybe next time. Yes, for sirloin, they are more expensive than the grocery, but our local grocery store is selling steaks that have little flavor regardless of the cut.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tough as Leather I saved these steaks for a family gathering. Cooked them yesterday to perfection. Could not cut through them with my high-end steak knives. Finally resorted to knives from my kitchen block. Absolutely terrible and I was so embarrassed. Canceled my next order.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tasteless & Tough I was very disappointed in the quality or lack of on the first two steaks I cooked. Both were dry, tough and little flavor. They weren't juice as seem on your presentation on TV. I've purchased better quality steaks at most supermarket with better marbling and flavor. I originally signed up for auto reorder but have since canceled any further orders.
