I like that they are small (4 oz), and they are lean, but they are no better than what I can get from local butcher. Very overpriced.

surprised
I was disappointed. Product was tender and tasteful, but thought I received tenderloins instead of sirloin steak. My bad for not looking closer at pictures before ordering. Will use in salads or sandwiches.

great steaks
i`m amazed at how big people think a 4oz steak is,it is small its 4 onces,you want bigger get bigger,and yes with it that small it is easy to over cook and be tough,done right its great

Best Mini Steak Ever
I recently purchase my first Kansas City Steak, garlic variety. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm constantly watching my weight. These are easy to prepare either stove top or George Foreman Grill. Caution, do not cook too long and you can't go wrong. Delicious and tender. 4 points on Weight Watchers Program. I'm increasing my order today on auto pay.

Sirloin steaks
I buy a lot of Kansas products but the siirloin steaks are the worst steaks ever. Tough and tasteless. The worsted that they make. Thought the first two were a fluke but they were all horrible. Would never get them again.

Very good
I think the price is justified because there is literally no fat on these steaks. The price per pound is less at the supermarket but from what I see there is always loads of fat to be trimmed - and I hate that job. I got the garlic and herb this time, good flavor, perhaps a touch strong for some. I've had the original and those are good as well. I will be back to try the teriyaki.

Always the very best!
Kansas City products ALWAYS GREAT! Exelent flavor texture and product packaging.Prices are reasonable with all of their products. Plus, QVC services are top cabin all the way.

Kansas City 4 oz sirloin steaks
I was very disappointed. First of all, I didn't like them being packaged by two. I live alone and would like to defrost one at a time. Secondly, they are way too thin to be served as a steak. Maybe it would be good to cut up and use for stir fry, but that isn't what I wanted.

perfect size serving
I don't understand why people say these steaks are so small. They are not huge, but they are a perfect serving size. They may be too thin for cooking on a grill, but they are wonderful done on the stovetop in a grill pan, or regular pan. The teriyaki flavoring is perfect too, not so overwhelming that you cannot taste the flavor of the meat itself. They are a little expensive, to be sure...but not as expensive as going to a restaurant and having a steak of this size for the approximate cost of the entire box. I love them and am going to try the garlic flavor next.

Not worth the money
I haven't tried the other Kansas City Steaks like the Ribeye or Filet Migon so I can only comment on the Top Sirloin. It was such a disappointment. The steaks were no better than I could have bought at the local market. The only thing I can say is QVC stood behind it and refunded my money so I was very happy as always with the customer service but the steaks were no good.

These are the best my family love them so many different meals you can make with them we love them no fat like the ones from store love to feed my family food thats good for them.

We Liked Them !
These are not thick steaks but that's what we prefer because we are trying to eat healthier even with red meat. Ordered the garlic and herb and they were very tasty, didn't have to add any seasoning whatsoever, they were perfectly seasoned and my husband didn't even need ketchup or steak sauce. Easy and fast to prepare and very tender meat, will definitely order again soon, want to try the teriyaki next.
