Description
What is it: A one-stick wonder made for luminous, dewy cheeks, but versatile enough for use on eyes and lips, too. This soft-focus powder has ultrafine color pearls that go on creamy, then set to a long-lasting powder finish. It's easy to apply, easy to blend (no brush needed), and easy to keep in your clutch for on-the-go beauty touch-ups.

Who is it for: Anyone who wants a multitasking product that doesn't require mirrors or brushes and gives a beautifully luminous color to cheeks and/or lips.

Why is it different: The soft-focus formula gives a silky texture and ultra-smooth application. The creme-to-powder stick easily blends, then sets to powder and stays put. Universal shades can blush, bronze, sculpt, or highlight.

How do I use it: Dot along the apples of your cheeks and gently blend upward.

Pro tip: Draw a "C" shape from your brow bone to your cheekbone and blend outward for a fast and subtle contour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice! I love this blush stick. So much better than powdered blush. It goes on smoothly and looks so much more natural. I got the Desert Rose and it is lovely. Hope QVC continues to carry this blush stick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this "kiss" of color I got got this with my first beauty box and was skeptical. I thought it would leave my skin greasy. It's super easy to blend and so light. Sold me on another beauty box :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this product I bought this to replace my powder blush as I had started using a lipstick to do my blush. Absolutely love it! Goes on smooth and blends in well. It's better than the lipstick as I have less breakouts since starting to use this product. Highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this formula My all time favorite shade is Flamingo Pink. I even purchased a second as a back up. I did venture out and purchased the desert rose but it was way to red/copper on my skin. Also it was super blotchy and didn't blend. But I have still give it 5 stars plus because of the flamingo pink. It's oh so subtle. I love it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings - varies by colour I first got Skip the Brush in Desert Rose in a Beauty Box a while ago, and really liked it. It looks shimmery-almost-sparkly in the tube but I never notice that when I wear it and blend it out, and it lends a bit of dimension to my face. One thing to note is that on lighter skin Desert Rose is a bit dark and desaturated to be an around-the-apple blush and probably belongs closer to the hollow of your cheek. I was curious about other shades, and recently got Warm Bronze and Passionfruit. Unfortunately both products arrived in poor condition. Customer service was nice enough to issue a refund and I was able to sort of put the product back together, but neither of them are quite the consistency they should be, so you can take the following opinions with a grain of salt. I wasn't sure about Warm Bronze, and seeing it in person confirmed that - it's a bit too bold/bright to blend well with my complexion, in addition to which it has little silver sparkles that are pretty visible. Passionfruit applies similarly to how it looks in the stick, and is not as rosy as it appears on the models in Julep's photos. It's probably less suitable if you have yellow undertones. As a side-note, I wish Julep and other beauty brands would show photos of actual usage on models and not just edit the colours digitally on the same base image... Overall, I still like the blush stick for its ease of use and how it sets (not too matte, not powdery). But I'd highly recommend looking at other people's photos/trying a colour before you buy, if you can.
