Rated 5 out of 5 by Fairchild Very disappointing
It does have those handsome Edwardian looks. And it is indeed elegant,
but the closing mechanism is so small, and the chain so short that it is impossible
to clasp. Not even the assistance of my husband made it easy to wear.

This bracelet is very pretty, feminine, and light, but I'm not sure if the silver is shiny enough for me. I have to take it into very bright light in order for it to sparkle and shine. In low lights the silver actually looks dull. I'm not even sure that the stones have maximum sparkle to them. Perhaps it's the cut! When I showed the bracelet to a friend she thought that the stones were yellow! I love the style and design of the bracelet and it feels very good on the wrist, but it does twist. Several times a day I am untangling the chains. I think that it is a stunning piece, but I also recently received the JR Diamonique tennis bracelet with the princess cut stones and it is very shiny and bright. That one has become my new signature piece! This bracelet also ran a little short for my wrist, so I had to add an O ring to give it a little drape. Judith Ripka is one of my all-time favorite jewelry designers and it will pain me to return this bracelet, but the tennis bracelet is much shinier. I still give it 5 stars and would recommend it to everyone! Who knows, I may not be able to return it.

Big jewelry intimidates me a bit, and while this bracelet takes up alot of surface area on the wrist it has a more delicate feel and look than a solid cuff or bangle. I love it, its absolutely beautiful. No surface has been missed, the details are petite giving this a very antique platinum, estate jewelry look to it. I usually order a large or an eight inch in bracelets and the large in this fits perfect, it hangs just a bit but not so much To worry about it catching on anything. The finish on this bracelet is does not have a high shine look, it has more of a platinum finish and actually looks a near match to my grandmothers platinum engagement ring from the thirties. Initially I was concerned about the sections getting tangle up or twisted during storage but that has not been an issue, I just make sure I stoow it clasped. The photos did not do this stunning bracelet justice.
