Judith Ripka Sterling Black Onyx Enhancer withBlack Cord is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Up To Judith's Usual Quality I have many, many pieces of JR jewelry and am a huge fan. This is my first negative review after many years. The picture of this enhancer looks like a beautiful piece of carved onyx; however, I was shocked to open the box and see that the enhancer is just a paper-thin slice of onyx. It looks and feels more like a thin piece of black metal. The spinel is set into a contraption that holds the slice rather awkwardly. In the back the contraption is plain, shiny metal that looks like a brace - not a well-conceived piece at all. The cord is very nice - good quality with carved end pieces. I would buy it separately, but not with this enhancer.
