Thought I had found my Amethyst earrings...
So disappointed that I didn't. When I originally saw these earrings on QVC, I was sure some of the stones were the dark rich purple that I love. The earrings I have are two shades of pale. I had been wanting these earrings since I first saw them, but not the ones I received. Sadly, I will be returning them and continue looking. On the plus side, they are made well, they are not heavy and there is no diamonique. I really am so disappointed.

Don't usually spend this much on earrings. These just never disappoint. Comfortable, beautiful and elegant. Thank you Judith!

I got both in pierced and holy cow! To just say that they are spectacular is to vastly under speak. These babies are not for the shy, for they sparkle to beat a band. They are not heavy and sit properly on the ear. Saturation of stones is fabulous.

Great but.........
Finally Judith made a substantial earring. I do not think it's heavy at all. However, I was looking for an amethyst earring that the stones would show up. Because there are so many shade of amethyst stones (more light than dark) I feel you can't tell that the stones are amethyst unless you're up close.. Unfortunately I returned them today. It the stones were all the same color and dark I would defintely keep them.

OMGosh!
I purchased the amythist and they are beautiful! I normally purchase Judith's pierced earrings but decided to step out of my comfort zone and purchased the clip. They are extremely comfortable! I am coming back for the citrine/smokey version. I love that the design was created with natural stones since I am not a big Diamonique fan.

Sexy Sparkle in 'Animal Print' Stone Pattern
Perfect size, perfect weight, and very flattering to the face, these earrings hit all the marks but two: no left & right (noticeable to those who look) and the posts bend easily. As long as I remember not to touch the posts when opening & closing the omega back, these will be one of my go to pairs of earrings. The citrine & smokey quartz version is very flattering on a medium blonde with light gold highlights. They can be dressy, business, or casual sparkle. The 'animal print' coloring in a silver setting rocks! Loving mine with nude make-up and almost red lips now, but looking forward to wearing them against a light summer tan & linen. (I think we'd all spend another $10 to get strong posts, fyi).

EXQUISITE DESIGN BUT
As always Ms Ripka delivers quality, style and class but this time the gems were not sparkling as they always do. They did not make my face glow.

TOO HEAVY
I bought these earrings for my daughter in law for Christmas. The overall concept is gorgeous but they were too heavy for her and again we received two left earrings. For the amount of money these cost , mistakes like this should not happen. I would love to see these earrings in a little smaller size, then I think they would be perfect. Unfortunately, I have to return.

Stunning
I received the smokey/citrine yesterday and they are absolutely beautiful. The stones are first quality. The only complaint I have is like the previous review.....the earrings are not left/right. Both earrings have the stones in the same place, unlike the picture which shows a left and right version. Someone must have goofed up when picking them for packaging.

Earrings NOT Left and Right as Pictured
These earrings are absolutely gorgeous and I would have kept them except that the earrings are either both for the left ear or both are for the right ear. They are not one for left and one for the right ears as pictured. I am very particular about my jewelry and I ordered these in both colors thinking I would receive what I saw in the picture. If you are someone who is not bothered by wearing two left earrings then go ahead and purchase them as they are gorgeous as I mentioned earlier.

Gem encrusted stunners!
I knew when I saw such gem intensive drop earrings offered in clip versions, I had to purchase them in both color options. When you lack pierced ears, you don't have many chances to purchase longer earrings with genuine gemstones set in silver. Thanks to Ms. Ripka, I now do. Both colorways are stunning. They are comfortable on the ear, too. I wore the amethyst pair over Thanksgiving with a purple sweater, and they were a real color popping "Wow!"
These are my new favorite earrings. I honestly don't see how Ms. Ripka can top these, but I wish her luck in trying!

Perfect!
I bought these earrings in both colors and neither one disappointed. The gem quality and cut is beautiful. They are substantial enough to be seen but not too big. You would think they would be very heavy but here again they are just the right weight. Wore them all day without any problems. My only complaint is the post is sooo thin, this seems to be the norm on the new earrings in Judith's collection and these earrings could use a more substantial post, they do tend to bend. I would still highly recommend this earring, spectacular.
