What is it: A serum foundation formulated with chameleon pigments, a breakthrough color-match technology that reads and instantly adjusts to match your unique and changing natural skin tone. This convenient Auto-Delivery program brings a new shipment to your door approximately every 60 days for as long as you remain in the plan.

Who is it for: Anyone who uses foundation or is afraid to use foundation because they have a hard time finding the right color. Also for anyone who wants the beneficial effects of an argan oil-infused serum foundation.

Why is it different: This serum works with whatever range of coloring that you fall into, either light/medium or medium/dark. It's forgiving because it will blend with your skin color. The skin-matching color pigments in this foundation give you a real, natural, satiny finish. The foundation starts out white and then changes color to match to your skin.

How do I use it: Use the synthetic bristle and wooden handled brush, made from sustainable forests, to apply the serum foundation. Shake the bottle and squirt a few drops on the back of your hand and then brush evenly on your face.

Important Details

If you take advantage of both Auto-Delivery and Easy Pay™, it is possible that more than one Easy Pay installment could be due in the same month. For example, if your Auto-Delivery plan ships every three months and you select 4 Easy Pay installments, you would pay the fourth installment of your first shipment in the same month you pay the first installment of your second shipment.

About Auto-Delivery

Auto-Delivery is a convenient program that allows you to enjoy the benefits of receiving your favorite QVC products, at the original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. It's about having what you love when you want it, at a price that's guaranteed. It's about confidence, convenience, choice. You decide, QVC delivers.

How does Auto-Delivery work?
Place your order by phone or online and choose Auto-Delivery, when offered. You will be billed for and will receive your first shipment promptly after payment is received. Then, subsequent shipments will be billed at your original order price and sent on a regular shipping schedule (for example, approximately every 60 or 90 days). Items may also be shipped on a designated, set schedule for seasonal or specially designed plans, such as holiday candles or themed jewelry, sent four times in a 12-month plan. Delivery and billing will be repeated until you cancel your plan, receive all items offered in a limited series, or if the plan must be discontinued.

Are all the Auto-Delivery plans the same?
No, we have different types of plans for certain products. Items like vitamin supplements and hair care products have Replenishable plans, where every shipment includes the same product and ships on a regular schedule, such as every 90 days.

We also have Series plans, which have a designated end date and may contain a set number of shipments. For example, sending one wreath every season, for a total of four wreaths.

Is there any obligation to continue in the program?
No. You may cancel at any time either online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444. Once you cancel, you won't receive, or be billed for, any future shipments unless the shipment has already shipped.

How do I make changes to my Auto-Delivery plan or future shipments?
Your Auto-Delivery plan can be customized by going online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444. Changes will be applied to all future shipments, or to selected shipments, as applicable for the plan.

If you opt to manage your plan online, you'll easily be able to change information like payment or shipping method, address, order quantity, size, color, flavor, etc. You can also delay or accelerate your next shipment, make adjustments to certain shipment release dates, or cancel your plan. Just click on My Account at the top of your screen on QVC.com, and then select Auto-Delivery Plans. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444.

Please note: Some restrictions may apply for certain types of Auto-Delivery plans, shipments, and certain stages in the shipping process.

What are my payment options?
You're able to pay by QCard®, credit card of your choice, check, or money order. If you pay by credit card, your card will be billed automatically on the date the item ships. If you pay by check or money order, you'll receive a reminder before each subsequent shipment is mailed. As soon as QVC receives your payment, your next shipment will be sent. How do I return an Auto-Delivery item?
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange (if available) or refund of the purchase price. Follow the return instructions on the pack slip, included with your shipment. Or look at our Returns FAQs Guide.

If you choose to make two consecutive returns in your Auto-Delivery plan, but would still like to remain in the program, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 to arrange for future deliveries. Otherwise, QVC will automatically cancel your plan.

Can I restart my cancelled Auto-Delivery plan?
If available, you can restart certain Auto-Delivery plans at the original order price. Be sure to contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 for more information.

Will QVC cancel my Auto-Delivery plan?
QVC strives to deliver your favorite products to you as long as you remain enrolled in your auto-delivery plan. QVC reserves the right to discontinue or cancel your auto-delivery plan for any reason. Some reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to, unavailability of inventory, lack of payment for two consecutive scheduled shipments, customer account closure, etc. If for any reason QVC must discontinue or cancel your plan, you'll be notified by email or USPS mail. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

How do I customize or manage my Auto-Delivery plan?

Online:
You can view, manage, and customize your plan online. Click on My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen, then select Auto-Delivery Plans to see a list of your plans or click here. To access a particular Auto-Delivery plan, click on the View/Edit Plan link.

Once your first item in an Auto-Delivery plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Some restrictions may apply for certain Auto-Delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process.

1. Editing All Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to all future shipments in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the options in the Plan Details section at the top of the View/Edit Auto-Delivery Plan screen. Types of changes include:

  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for your plan using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for your Auto-Delivery plan, if applicable.
  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for your plan. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method.
  • Frequency: Select a new frequency from the options in the drop-down list. A new shipment schedule will automatically be established for all your future shipments once you confirm a frequency change. Some plans do not allow the frequency between shipments to be modified.
  • Next Shipment: If a calendar is visible, the Next Shipment date may be changed. Available dates appear in black. Gray dates cannot be selected. Use the arrows in the top corner of the calendar to switch months. Click on an available date for your next shipment and the calendar will automatically close. Some plans do not permit date changes.
  • Cancel All Future Shipments: Click on this link if you want to stop this Auto-Delivery plan. To only skip a particular shipment, use the Skip Shipment option located below. Once you have cancelled your plan, you may see the Reinstate Auto-Delivery Plan option, if it is still available. Click on Reinstate Auto-Delivery plan to re-enroll in that plan.

2. Editing Individual Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to one particular future shipment in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the Edit option located in the Shipment Details section of the screen. Changes that may be made to an individual shipment include:

  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for an individual shipment. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method for an individual shipment.
  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for the individual shipment using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for that individual Auto-Delivery shipment, if applicable.
  • Ship Method: Select a new ship method using the drop-down list.
  • Skip Shipment: Click this link to cancel only a particular shipment, but still remain active in the Auto-Delivery plan.

If you need to make additional changes in the future, you may do so at any time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788.

Raised in a bohemian household in Northern California, Josie Maran grew up appreciating natural, unpretentious beauty. At the time, makeup — heavy and mask-like — seemed anything but pretty to her.

"When I compared the supposedly glamorous women I saw in magazines to my mother, who never wore a stitch of makeup, it was no contest," says Josie. "My mom was, and still is, a true beauty."

Following her mother's lead, Josie opted to avoid cosmetics altogether. Josie began modeling at age 12 after being discovered at a family friend's barbecue. Though she loved working, Josie waited until she finished high school before pursuing modeling full-time. At 17, she signed with Elite in Los Angeles, and her career as a professional model kicked into overdrive. Josie quickly earned a name for herself by landing some of the most coveted jobs in the business, including the cover of Glamour magazine (she would go on to grace it five more times) and a stint as the iconic Guess girl. Soon, Josie was regularly appearing in top fashion magazines.

"As I began to land jobs, I discovered what a lot of other girls already knew: the power of makeup. I'd never even applied lip gloss, but I learned trade secrets from the team of expert artists who applied my makeup on photo shoots. I was surprised to see how makeup could transform not just my look but also my mood! I saw that a little could go a long way, and I stopped seeing makeup as the enemy."

With a remarkable portfolio of commercials, ads, and music videos already behind her, Josie moved cross-country and signed with Elite in New York. In 1997, she landed a lucrative contract as the face of a major cosmetics brand, a title she held for nearly a decade. In another career coup, Josie was featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue three years in a row. She also made a successful transition into acting, appearing in feature films including Little Black Book, Van Helsing, and The Aviator. But it was the birth of her first child that jumpstarted Josie's latest endeavor. Josie explains, "Becoming a mother inspired me to take a look at my life and ask, 'What can I do for the world? How can I contribute?'" Having spent so many hours in the makeup chair, Josie was ready to create her own signature line.

"I want to contribute to making positive change, and I also want to create something fun, beautiful, and luxurious," Josie says. "My dream is to build a brand with so much influence and popularity that my customers and I can work together to make the world a better place."

I was getting low on the product and was about to panic. Auto ship was right on time. It took the fine line and made me look younger. It is very light on the skin. All my foundation went in the trash. I will not trade this for nothing. It is my youth in a jar. 08-22-16

Rated 3 out of 5 by Feels Nice On.....but..... Ordered light-medium in this foundation! Usually considered a medium in most foundations and this was a suitable tone. Seemed to go on easily but by a few hours into the day even when used with a primer it just did not appear to cover anymore! When I got to the bottom 1/4 of the bottle the pump didn't really get product up the tube! So to get it out I had to open and dip! Also small dry blobs or bits started appearing when spread on my skin. That is annoying as I paid for that make-up and it is wasted when I have to wipe off the blobs!! I will not be ordering again. Giving 3 stars might be rather generous. 03-12-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointing product This foundation is advertised to automatically adjust to one's skin color. It doesn't! I looked like a ghost from the thin, white product. The only thing it did do was tone down my red rosacea. Honestly, given the choice, I'd rather have a red face that a white, ghostly one. All I could do was remove it, put on primer, and cover with BE Fairly light mineral makeup, which now settles in lines and ages me. I'm still in search of a good, light-weight liquid foundation that will tone down my red face but not make me look like Gloria Swanson in "Sunset Boulevard." I've been through nearly every major prestige product. If only Josie would bring back "Protect & Perfect," which did the best job of the products I've tried from her line and MANY others. 03-07-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Love the product but too small a bottle! I love this foundation, but to get a value for my purchase I seem to have to buy kits (which I don't want or need#. I was receiving this foundation in a TSV kit that included a facial cleanser, brush, foundation, and argon oil. Those products last forever even though I use them daily, and my cabinet is full of unopened bottles of each. Plus the TSV had completed and I wanted to continue using the foundation. The solution seemed simple: buy the foundation on auto-delivery as a single item. I was shocked to see what $48 got me a la carte! It is at best a travel size! I was willing to invest that amount for the size I received in the kit, but this is way too pricey! If you wear foundation daily, this quantity for the price is not a good value. Josie, your foundation is wonderful, but not at this price! 03-07-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolute Perfect Product This is the most perfect product I have ever bought. Not only does it moisturize, it smooths out my skin tone with a very small amount of it. It lasts all day, doesn't streak or wipe off - and it is so light! I need makeup - over the years I have gotten blotchy red spots but I don't like wearing makeup and feeling like I have thick grease paint on my skin. This makeup covers very well and very naturally, Josie you hit a home run on this one! Thank you, BTW I am using your Argan oil for absoutely everything. It started when I couldn't find a light moisturizer and you said on air that this works for everything. So I started putting a few drops in my hands each morning and then rubbing it on to my face. After about 6 weeks I noticed that my horrendously dry hands had cleared up. At that point I saw this makeup and have been using it since. With using the Argan oil as a moisturizer, the big frown lines are my face are almost gone, I have no crows feet (I am 63 y/o), and now I'm working on the wrinkles on my forehead. I have also gotten rid of a few lumpy skin tags on my chest by rubbing the Argan oil into them on a nightly basis. Again, nice work! 02-26-16
