Love...but
I bought this jacket and was amazed at how expensive it looked, how high quality it was, and how beautiful it was. Until I put it on. I always wear a large in Joan's jackets, however, this one ran really small. The large was very, very tight on me. I just could not wear it, and I really wanted to squeeze myself in it because I liked it so much! Please bring this back in larger sizes as I would buy it again in a second...no matter how big the size! Would be great in other neutrals also. Would love this in taupe.

An overall winner!
I absolutely love this jacket! It is classy and expensive looking, but looks great with jeans as well! I sure wish they made this in black!!!! Fits true to size.

The jacket is beautifully tailored and lined. The material has a wonderful fall. Very versatile. Would love to see more colors in this material.

Love it!
I have six or seven of Joan's jackets and they have become the backbone of my wardrobe. The color is like a slightly metallic taupe, in a very sophisticated way. The photo is very accurate on my monitor.
I'm a 12-14, which spans QVC's Medium and Large. I've been getting my jackets in Large so I can wear a little top underneath them, and this has been working for me. This jacket is beautifully lined, the details are very well executed, and this is going to be my go-to dress-up jacket for the summer (and well into fall). Thank you, Joan, and keep these great wardrobe enhancers coming!

Not bronze!
I find it upseting the host Jacqui and both Joan and David called this color taupe! The printed info called it bronze? It is platinium or more silver. Also it doesn't have the nub of raw silk as they said. The color has a striation but the fabric is smooth and lightweight.
This said it fits beautifully and is tailored beautifully but I am undecided to keep or return? I bought it to go with a print dress and expected bronze.
We need to depend on the host to give us an acurate description of the color as the names often do not help.

Very nice
I do like this jacket. Listen to Joan and David, "the jacket is the star" and it is. You should wear white, beige, or black. Don't confuse it with any other colors or jewlrey. Keep it simple and you will look very rich. The fabric seems fragile at first, but I don't think it is. It is shiney and metalic. I would never have put this fabric with a safri style, but I guess thats why I am not a designer. It really works well, and I feel very good in it.

Fabric Rocks!
Love,love,love this fabric. Alo like the slightly longer length (ideallyk want jacket 30 inches long). The sleeve length is really nice. But, there is no stretch in this jacket and the sleeves felt snug and uncomfortable. Also old prefer not to have cargo pockets-- just adds attention and bulk to areas I don't want to accent.
Please do more in this fabric.

Love It!!!
Very figure flattering. Just received it and it is a perfect fit for my petite hour glass figure. I love the design and fabric. You can dress this one up or down. I am also pleased with the workmanship, material and overall design. Its a Keeper!

LOVE THIS JACKET!!!
When this jacket was first shown I RAN to the phone because I was so afraid I would miss out on it! I DID NOT and I AM THRILLED with the jacket. The fit is great and the fabric is luscious...Looks fantastic with white jeans and some killer jewelry. I received many complements on it the first time I wore it. I must also add that this is such a comfortable jacket...I didn't rush it to 'shed' it as soon as I got home...My FIRST Joan Rivers jacket and it is definitely a winner!!! . This is a classic but basic jacket and a neutral color. I can achieve many looks by changing jewelry...adding a great scarf....etc!!! I can't wait to wear it again!!!!!! GREAT JOB JOAN!!!

Well Made Jacket Please make pants !
The safari jacket is very well made with beautiful lining. I really thought it was much better in length than all of the jackets by Joan Rivers so far. Because of the jacket's longer length, it is more versatile for wearing with different lengths of tops underneath the jacket. I really like it very much.
I wish that Joan would make some pants out of the same material for us to match it with for an elegant pantsuit look. I love the material and the color that can be worn with many colors. would be a wonderful jacket in dark navy out of the same material with longer sleeves and just a little longer in length.
Please consider making more of these with longer sleeves. I love that the length is longer!

Wonderful jacket
I'm so impressed with the quality of this jacket. The fabric truly looks & feels like silk. The color, fit and style are divine. I can see this worn more dressy or casual. Thank you Joan for bringing such beautiful clothes at an affordable price.
