This is so beautiful on a coat or jacket. In fact it is such a glimmering piece that I keep it pinned to a lampshade. Lovely - so happy to wear it and look at it everyday.

This is much more beautiful than shown on TV or the website. I receive so many compliments. The sparkle is amazing!

I am not a collector of costume jewelry but the Joan Rivers pieces are in a class of their own. The pin is heavy, giving it substance, and it is exquisitely made. The design really captures the flight of a dove. Given Ms. Rivers' attention to detail, I think she purposely omitted an eye. I think I know why.

I love this pin....I get many compliments when I wear it on a blazer or dress. I used clear nail polish to hold all the stones in place. I do this with all costume jewelry. This piece is crafted expertly and artistically. Excellent purchase!

I intend to have this framed in a shadow box with blue velvet and then hang it in my living room.

I just received my pin and it is beautiful as are all Joan's pins, but because Joan and David were always so particular with everything, I can't understand just one eye. When you look at it from the other side it is very noticeable that there is no eye. I think I will get a black pen and make an eye myself.

This was my first Joan Rivers pin. For many years I was a holdout on buying any jewelry that was not solid sterling silver. Well, sometimes the piece is so very special that you can't resist. The rep did mentioned that the pin is "plated with sterling silver". And, if it were in solid sterling, I for one could never afford it! The pin is a nice size, the 3D sculpting is superb, and the pave work is perfect. I love the 'motion' of the dove and the touch of gold. For those who are bothered by the 'missing' eye, I suggest a tiny dab of black nail polish or acrylic paint over the clear crystal where the other one would be. ( I think Joan was well aware that there was only one eye showing and I imagine she had her reasons. One reviewer even suggested the possible motive.) I have very few costume jewelry pieces, but the ones I have are extraordinary. This hopeful little bird shines in my collection. Blessed be the peacemakers!
