Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sooooo gorgeous!!! I wanted a brooche to use like button to close my cardigans. This one is so stunning! It's heavy and looks really expensive. It dresses up any piece of clothing. The only thing is the way the stem is attached seems a little cheap. Mine broke while I was wearing it. I sent it back as defective. I am waiting for a new one to come. It's beautiful with out the stem attached but at this price I want to be able to attach the stem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Wait Is Over I was first awestruck by this piece in the 1995 book Jewelry by Joan, and have been searching desperately ever since for the first version made in the early 90's. I can't thank you enough, David, for bringing this stunning and deeply sentimental piece back to us. While it goes without saying this is a must-have for the collector, all women are intuitively drawn to a numinously beautiful objet d'art and deserve to own it. I believe in my heart that this, above all, is what Joan wanted for us. To share with her in all that is lovely in life, to experience the comfort that just gazing at an exquisitely beautiful thing can bring, and to ensure it is not reserved for the few that can afford it. Thank you, Joan. You enrich my life, still.
