Better than department store lace skirt.
Beautifully made lace skirt. FYI, the lining is not tacked. The lace is soft.
I saw lace skirts in a department store were not as well made. I have worn this to work and do not think it is too formal. I would have worn it to a wedding, but could not find an appropriate top to go with it.
I ordered the medium. I am 5"7 and 170 pounds with long legs. The length was just right. I would reorder if it came in Ivory. I would order a matching top, if it were available.
This was my first Joan Rivers purchase. I understand why her line of clothing receives so many 5-star ratings.

Perfection
Love. love, love this skirt. So many larger size skirts are either too tight or way too boxy. Don't know how Joan does it, but this skirt is a perfect fit. The lace adds an elegant feel that can be dressed up or down.I plan to wear it with one of Jean's sequined jackets to a dressy event I have coming up Looks great together. Thanks Joan

Hot Skirt!
This skirt is very well made, tailored and chic. It could be in the finest store. Runs large, and is flattering and fantastic! I have never written a review before but this skirt merits the highest ratings ever. Gorgeous and expensive looking! Love ! Love!

Lovely
Wore this in front of a group of people along with the Joan Rivers sweater jacket with the pearls. MANY people made a point of coming up to me and complimenting me on my beautiful suit! Fits beautifully and very slimming!

finally last try
joan i still have your clothing from the first time u had fashions on the q your details r still unbelieveable 58 years to find a slim skirt very hesatent to try again i am only 4 11and 122 lbs bottom heavy i am soooo excited it is perfect with room to spear ordered small u are the greatest have a lot of your fashions love u and everything i ordered thank you joan

LOVE THIS SKIRT!
I love the look of a slim skirt but I never liked the way they looked on me. I am 5'10" and wear a size 10. The medium is a perfect fit! It hits me at the knee and has alot of stretch so I can sit down. If you are on the fench about this skirt go for it! You will love it..

INSTANT GLAMOUR IN LACE
What a gorgeous skirt. I have many of Joan's pieces - jewelry as well as clothing, but this just takes the cake!! Looks so much more expensive - like a designer piece. LOVE IT - Fit is fabulous too! Makes you look and feel like a million bucks!!

My Hips are Happy
I am a hippy girl and it is hard to find a pencil skirt that is flattering and stylish for my shape, but this skirt does it. The stretch in this skirt is the secret and anyone who is a style maven wants a lace skirt in their closet and now I've got one! Thanx Joan...

A great find!
My first skirt from Joan - love it!. It's so hard to find skirts that fit well in both the hips and waist, and are a good length. This one is perfect. The lace is a nice weight. It will be great with heels or boots for fall and winter. I will be looking for more skirts from Joan.

Very Flattering, Great Quality
As with all of my Joan clothing purchases, this skirt is super flattering and of high quality. It is very tough to find a lace skirt that can go professional and in such a great price point. I am 5'3" and ordered a Small because of the garment size chart -- (I can either go with a XS or S in QVC sizing) and it fits great and hits right below the knee.

High-end designer look!
I have another skirt/top like Joan's by a high-end designer, but didn't want to break up the set. I ordered this skitrt to wear with leather jackets or soft blouses. This skirt is almost identical, just doesn't have scallops at the bottom, like the more expensive one. Wore Joan's skirt with a blue lace top and people raved about how pretty it is. The fit is quite generous (I am a large, 12/14), so it fits my curves nicely--and is fully lined! Please, please make this skirt in dark brown or navy, Joan.
