Purchased this bracelet in size Average and it fits so that it does not slide up and down from my wrist to my elbow. I have to agree that the clasp - no matter how much the host wrapped it around her finger - is hard to close. I am right-handed and wear my bracelets on my right hand (watches and tennis-type bracelets on my left) so it means that I must put my left hand to work. Since I own a replica of a "go-to" JBK bracelet in gold tone, I ordered the silver tone. It looks like a $50-100.00 piece and it is overpriced at $207. all inclusive. I am keeping because of Joan.

The design is beautiful. The quality excellent, a basic classic. Works with lbd and with leggings and a tunic. With skinny jeans, heels and a sequined t-shirt, winner. In my mid seventies I can say with honesty, this bracelet carries all the banners that mark Joan Rivers style, taste and construction. So what's the problem? Still pretty ambidextrous, it took me ten minutes to fasten it on. Because it is wide, my average size purchase lacks the flexibility it needs to hang onto it while inserting it's tongue, which needs a hearty push to achieve insertion. So getting it on is a challenge which could be relieved if it was more flexible. It really needs help from another person. That's not a good thing. I bought this in silver tone, no problem since I mix my metals easily. Joan does classic better than anyone at this price point. Nonetheless, the piece has a lot to stand up to, and I likely will end up returning it. But CINER for Joan Rivers hallmark doesn't hurt, either. This is, overall, a great collector piece.
