Beautiful knit ! This is my first purchase from Joan's collection, it is beautiful, fits true to size, the feel of the knit is so soft, and I like the longer length. I got both the red and purple, colors are lovely now just hope you get the black back in stock so I can order that one also. This is the first time I have been able to find the sleeveless turtleneck top in such a good quality at such a great price, thank you! 04-06-13

AHHH!!! More Colors! Please do not discontinue this shell!!! I ADORE it as an underpinning. Please bring more colors...white, neutral, brights, pastels. Thanks. 03-04-13

Came back for my 2nd! LOVE IT!!! This is a beautiful item! It fits perfectly, is comfortable to wear, washes well and I'm coming back for my second black. I don't want to be without it. I live in Houston and I love the turtleneck look with jackets and cardigans, but the extra weight of 2 sets of sleeves would be too hot. This is wonderful! EXCELLENT in every way This is really a beautiful wardrobe basic that every woman should own. I ordered the purple and it is a particularly beautiful amethyst that is so flattering to any complexion. The turtleneck is very soft and not constricting, yet it has enough bounce to retain it's shape. It is not bulky when folded over, which is always a concern (for me anyway). I found the knit particularly soft and very comfortable to wear, especially underneath a cardigan or jacket when you don't want a lot of extra heat from long sleeves. It is well fitted. So glad that it is not one of those miserable tight fitting fabric-skimping bust ballooning type of knits. The XS was spot on perfect for my usual (leaning more to a 4 lately) size if that helps anyone. I particularly love that the armholes were not gaping or loose looking, and the longer length is very much appreciated because it creates a nice long lean line. I also tried it with a thin belt as well and love how that looks with a slim skirt. What a perfect backdrop it creates for a statement necklace too. You can not lose with this easy chic turtleneck, because in addition to all the obvious positives, this is a great deal. . Thank you dear Joan for your humor and fashion sense. I have enjoyed watching you for many years and am a big fan. 12-09-12

The perfect piece! I got the black. My regular size is a perfect fit. I love the quality of the fabric. I'm short, 5'2", and it works great to fold the turtleneck down twice. It will be perfect for winters at the beach in California--where you want to look like it's winter but it's the same temperature as the rest of the year. I'm really happy with the purchase! Joan, please bring this to us in a royal/cobalt blue! :) 12-06-12

Love it! Now a mock neck, please Great turtleneck. The length is a fantastic ( a bit longer) and I really enjoy that and the fabric. Now PLEASE make it in a mock neck! There are times when a mock neck is more appropriate-- yet there are so few of them. Thank you 11-16-12

Joan, You Are A Master in Fashion! Joan Rivers, you keep me dressed very well! I ordered this turtleneck shell in red to go along with the long cardigan sweater in the same color. It is just beautiful and so dressy for the holiday season. I was worried about the armholes being too big, but they were perfect! WELL DONE! I ordered this is black and red and can see what a useful wardrobe piece this is going to make! The fabric has a very soft hand and it is well made.... love the attention to detail on the armholes. Sizing seems to be spot on ... ordered my usual size and it fits perfectly! 11-07-12
