Initially I was surprised how dry and crumbly the lemon/blueberry was and how hard the blueberries were. Definitely nothing like host described nor how the demo appeared. I shared a cinnamon streusel with a friend without telling her my experience. Hers was the same...dry. I tried once more with the chocolate and again dryness & air holes (tunneling) but most surprising was seeing chunks of hard white material in the middle. I can only explain it as unmixed in flour or baking soda or powder. To see if it were a fluke I broke apart a second chocolate muffin and found the same chunks of hard, inedible white material as well as the dryness.
QVC customer service did refund my pymt. Thank you. This was my first Jimmy the Baker buy, and it is my last. I now question their quality control. Hopefully Jimmy will see the several reviews abt dryness and fix it.

Very disappointed, not delicious like his cinnamon buns. The outside is dry and when you cut them they crumble. Putting them in the microwave does not help. Mine took 9 days to arrive. Did send them back, no more muffins for me.

I've watched the presentation of the these muffins as well as his other products and finally caved in and ordered the muffins. Couldn't wait to try them, but was so disappointed once I did. They weren't horrible by any means, but certainly not near as good as the Otis Spunkmeyer I usually buy at the grocers.
There were not near as many blueberries in the muffins as I had expected and I found them to be dry. I even microwaved part of the muffin and it still wasn't as moist as the ones I buy locally. I didn't try all of the flavors, but did try the Apple one and again found only two small dices of apples, unlike the ones presented on air. and it was also very dry.
I didn't ask for a refund because my daughter did like the chocolate ones but she too said the ones in the local store were moister.
I have ordered some food products from QVC that I did like, but these were not one of them.
I know taste is subjective, so others may have loved these, but I was not a fan.

Sorry to say we were really disappointed when we tried these muffins. I was really looking forward to getting and enjoying these muffins. First, the sour cream chocolate chip muffins had waaay to many chips in them. They tasted bitter, because all you could taste were the chocolate chips and barely any muffin! The chocolate was too chocolate, especially because of the chocolate chips and dark chocolate muffin. Everything tasted cinnamony and had and left a bitter taste in our mouths. The cinnamon ones were bland and bitter cinnamon flavor. Just gave up and tossed them! I bought some when Jimmy first came on the Q and they were delicious back then. Wish they still were.

So far I have only tried the Cinnamon one and the Sour Cream Chocolate Chip one. Heated about 20 seconds in the microwave and that was fine. Both were good and moist. I liked them. I'm sure I will like the other 2 flavors too.

Love, love, love the Fall Sampler of Muffins. All the flavors are moist and delicious. Jimmy the Baker has hit another home run with this assortment. It's great that they are individually wrapped. I put them in freezer bags and take one out at the time when I need a "fix". If I can wait till they thaw out they are wonderful or I put it in the microwave frozen for 30 seconds and they come out like Jimmy the Baker himself just baked them. Mmmmmm - so good!!!
