Good starting workout
I've done 11 of the 24 workouts and am enjoying them very much. There is a gradual increase of total time spent and intensity. Jillian's messages are encouraging and sometimes amusing. She adds informative information and reminders to drink water.
I'd give it 5 stars, but there is an erroneous message that keeps showing up about a maximum speed of 5 mph. The max for this card is 3 mph.
